I have the worst experience every time I go to this Pizza Hut. I am no longer giving them my business and I suggest to anyone who reads this, don't go here! I placed an online order and arrived 20 minutes later to pick up. The woman in line ahead of me had a horrendous looking pizza that she was having sent back and remade. I get up to the counter and am informed that they don't have any record of my order. I show the manager (who was not professional whatsoever and 1. told the woman ahead of me that her pizza was SUPPOSED to look like the disgusting product it was, and 2. had nasty, greasy orange hair) the order on my phone. She blamed the app for having problems and said it wasn't her fault. It wasn't even an app, it was the web browser for the mobile site. She told me it would be a 45 min wait to place an order. What?! Not only did Pizza Hut have problems with their online ordering, she didn't even offer to make my pizza right then. Since, you know, it was the company's fault. But who's heard of good customer service...not this woman apparently. The last time I visited this location, I placed my order an hour ahead of time. And still had to wait 30 minutes for it. Most days there isn't even anyone at the counter at all. You just stand in the empty lobby while all the employees stand around in the back, knowing you're there and glancing at you occasionally, but not saying a word. Truly a disgrace. Their pizza is overpriced and the customer service is abissmal at best. Save your money. You'd be better off with a Hot 'n Ready from Little...
Read moreWas resharing a story with someone about the worst customer service experience I've had, and it happen to be about this place and realized it was still open when I thought this disaster of a pizza hut closed down. So im here to leave my petty review from that experience. I waited over 3 hours for a pizza I thought was never to come. I lived down the street from it. When the delivery driver finally showed up, I thought it was odd/sketchy because he was in a hoodie and had no symbol on him to show he was from pizza hut. He mumbled sorry and began reading my order. I stopped him and asked for him to open the pizza and pasta infront of me. The pizza was dry looking but THE PASTA HAD A SMALL CHUNK MISSING AND A FORK STILL IN IT. I REPEAT YOU NOT. I was livid and told him I wanted a refund back on my card that I made the purchase. Before I closed the door he asked for the sprite back like it was a big deal. I tried to call the establishment many times before finally the manager picked up the phone and tried to make it seem like it was my fault and that the dude said I threw the sprite at him and got it all over him which was a lie. The manager refused to answers my questions on why my food was eaten out of and still had the audacity of a fork sticking in it. Never again did I order from this place. I thought it was closed but to know it is still open makes...
Read moreThis particular location is a cancerous mark on the Pizza Hut brand. The wait times are easily 3 times (or more) as long as the average location. The pizza is always completely wrong, overcooked, or undercooked. There is zero customer service here. Management won't attempt to rectify a problem, nope, not at all. They will offer a refund immediately, claim to need almost an hour to recook your order, or threaten to call the police if you complain. One particular shift leader/manager/something is an absolute train wreck. It (I say it, because It doesn't know what it is as far as gender is concerned) is the rudest, meanest, most inconsiderate, useless, and all around most worthless excuse for a person I've ever seen. It should have been fired ages ago, yet somehow has a job here. Gender confusion and political correctness is NOT an excuse to keep a virus on your payroll Pizza Hut. Fire this thing, get better management, and actually try to be a decent pizza chain. Overall, all locations in Memphis are abissmal, but this one leads the charge. It's truly sad that the once King of Pizza is outclassed by EVERY SINGLE COMPETITOR in town. Get your...
