Lane Bryant — Local services in Menifee

Marshell has no customer service skills and it seems to as if she needs to get a job where she doesn't have to work with people...she seen me walking in circles looking for something and she stood there and watched me ,until I went and asked her she was very dry, rude and acted as if I was bothering her she pointed to what I was looking for and said that's all they had with out even going in the back to be sure...and while checking out ,I had my elderly mother with me that is partially blind and thought Some undies were 3$ and Marshell said Oh NO THEY'RE NOT NO 3$WITH A ATTITUDE and HER UGLY AS IF SHE WAS BOTHERED) FACIAL EXPRESSION... Making my mom feel dumb .Worst experience ever and I've been shopping at Lane Bryant for years at different locations and Never had to deal with someone like her she's LAZY AND RUDE AND MUST...

Actually it should be a Zero Star review. I went to this store before an overseas trip looking for a sports bra to wear on the plane. I was in the store (the only person other than the sales people) for at least 20 minutes and not one person greeted me or asked if I needed help. All of the sales people were hanging out at the cash register gossiping. I walked out and went to Bra Garden in Fountain Valley and got what I needed.

Lane Bryant says: "Whether you’re looking for a dress for a night out, a jacket for work, plus size activewear, great-fitting jeans or Cacique sleepwear, panties and bras, Lane Bryant has the style and plus size fashion you want with an emphasis on comfort and fit." They need to add: the only thing Lane Bryant doesn't have is decent sales people.

The customer service at this store is so bad! The sales girls never ask if you need assistance, I waited at the counter for quite a bit until one of them came over to ring me up. I had to wander around the bra section thing to find my size, none of the girls even asked if I needed help finding my size. I came to exchange an item, one of the salesperson was s ok rude when she tole me one of my items was a "final" sale, so I asked if she could tell me how much my other 2 items would be so I knew how much just could spend and it was as if u was wasting her time! I have been to this store several times because it's the only close one to me, every time they are just as rude! The store is supposed to open at 10a.m. and it never open on time! Someone needs to change the...
