Arby's — Restaurant in Mequon

This Arby's is in a very bad way. I was there early in the day, and yet still almost every table was dirty, indicating it hadn't been cleaned the night before or that morning.

I asked for a side of something that I would pay for. Nobody could figure out how to use the register to do that. Then the older and what should have been "more mature" woman there, hands it to me with snide comments and a ton of attitude. "Enjoy your .." (with high and scary sarcasm.). Side fellow gets a smirk.

They say just don't pay for it.

And I actually felt sick later in the afternoon. so really glad I ate anything from there at...

Horrible service! So bad I didn't even order there is a.... woman on the drive thru box with a bad attitude. I pulled up and immediately asked for a moment to order. There was no one in line behind me. She proceeds to say I don't have time for this then asks me again if I am ready with enough attitude for me to decide I did not want my food prepared at this location! I pull out if the line just to see the whole kitchen staff standing there with Ms. BAD ATTITUDE. Ma'am if you dont have time to take sandwhich orders with no customers around maybe you need a new job. Horrible customer service! Do...

Update: Clearly they are over their opening push for quality and have sunk back to arbys traditional quality...LIES. Ordered double beef n' cheddar, paid for double beef and cheddar, wrapper says double beef and cheddar, but it's a classic. Happened a few times, once was a mistake, twice and more is fraud. One less restaurant to get my business. see photos for proof.
