I had 2 orders, on the first order ( ticket # 1382) we had 1chicken biscuit, 1chicken mcgriddle, 2 cheese burgers (no ketchup), 1 large sweet tea, a French vanilla ice coffee, and 1 Carmel latte. We went through the drive in on the first order and was given a sweet tea ( that tasted like it was mixed with something) and a latte and then was asked to move up to spot 1 to wait on the rest of our order. There was no one in any of the waiting spots when we pulled into #1. Our second order walked in while we were waiting on our food ( order # 285) and placed an order for 1 chicken mcgriddle, 1 chicken biscuit. My ticket said I placed the order at 8:30. While we were waiting spots 2,3,and 4 had customers waiting. I watched as one by one spot 2,3,and 4 got there orders. At 8:50 I walked in to see if we were going to get the rest of our order. I asked about my order and no one even said anything so I asked was I going to get the food I had paid for. A lady in a maroon shirt said they were waiting on my mcgriddle, and then looked at some one on the cook line and asked was it ready. In about another 5 minutes I was given my food. I then asked about my French vanilla ice coffee and the Very Rude young girl who had been working the window said I gave her the ice coffee. I told her no you did not, what you gave me was a sweet tea and a latte. If you like you can walk out to my car and I will show you what you gave me. Again the Very Rude young girl said I gave it to her. No one stepped up to ask if they could get me a iced coffee. I then asked to speak to the manager and a young guy in a blue shirt came to the counter and I handed him my order slip and told him what was going on. He mumbled something I could not understand and moved as to walk away. I then asked who owned this branch location and if he had a phone number or a card and I was told no. I still had no one making me an ice coffee. I turned back to the lady in the maroon shirt and asked was I going to get my iced coffee or not. A young white girl said I will make you one, what flavor and I told her. The customer service was awful and if I was the General manager or the owner some workers and a manager would lose their jobs. I had also went through Chick- fil-a before coming to McDonald's and as one of my passengers in my car said " I should have placed my order there." I have never had such bad service and had to deal with such rude workers. I will definitely tell everyone I see about this and I will also be sending a letter to the corporate office. Also when the guy who had the second order In my car got his food of course the order was wrong....
Read moreI stopped at McDonald's (#11672) in Meridian, over by Sam's on Hwy 19. To start off the cashier "accidently" closed her drawer and so was unable to give me my .49¢ change. She sent me to the pick up window saying, "tell them I need the manager to open my drawer". OK At the window the worker IGNORED me totally while she proceeded to fulfill and line up 5 other orders behind me??!! OK FINALLY she decided to glance in my direction asking, "are you the fish meal with orange Fanta?" Clearly, I am not a Fish Meal or an Orange Fanta but let's not go there... She handed me the by now, cold inedible food. Ever tried to eat cold McDonald's French Fries? Ever had a cold Fish sandwich? It adheres to the roof of the mouth and back of the front teeth... Also of note, this particular Fish sandwich was also lacking sufficient Tarter Sauce and so, was difficult to swallow! OK I gently told the worker that the fries were cold and handed the bag back. She reluctantly took the bag, stepped out of view momentarily, and immediately returned handing the same nasty cold food right back saying, "Pull up and wait," (for the change I'd yet to receive)! OK I'm thinking this may have been my last McDonalds experience. Who really needs expensive, cold, fast food and really bad service? PS - l threw the food in the dumpster when I got home fearing to eat it, least I choke...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would. We placed our order in the drive through at 9:36pm on 9/14/19. A #9, #3, and a 4 nugget happy meal for me, my husband and 3 year old. We were on the way home from a birthday party we attended that evening. We were asked to pull up into a parking spot to wait on our food after paying. We were behind 3 other people who were already waiting for their food. First of all, that is REDICULOUS to go through the drive thru and be asked to pull up into a spot. Big pet peeve. At 9:56 (20 min), someone brought our #3 and #9 out to us, but she went back in for the happy meal. At 10:06 (30 min into waiting and an unhappy 3 yr old,) I walked in with my receipt. There were several employees working, so being under-staffed was not the problem. Nobody acknowledged that I walked in and was standing at the counter. Employees were cutting up and being playful and flirty with each other and a few friends of theirs I guess that were inside. I had to get someone's attention to get the happy meal that the employee (who was busy flirting with someone) told me she would bring right out. The manager (I guess) gave me 2 strawberry pies for our wait. This was unacceptable the way things were handled here. As a former Chickfila employee, that type of customer service does not sit well with me, and we will not revisit...
