I like Freddy’s, but of all of the Freddy’s, this one is the least deserving of anybody’s money. On two separate occasions, Freddy’s has not upheld what they said they’d do. I once showed my app number to get the points and was told it was put in. Since I’m buying a meal for my family, those points aren’t insignificant. It turns out that I was lied to, as I never received the points. Just today, I tried to give them a second chance since my children’s school was working with them on a fundraiser. I told them when ordering I was there to support the school (which I had to do for the school to get credit) and they said to tell the cashier in the drive-thru. The rude cashier then told me that when they were taking my order they would have put it in and there was nothing he could do. How much you want to bet my kids’ school isn’t getting any money?
This does not include incorrect orders both times: ordered two kids’ meal hotdogs with ketchup which somehow turned into one with lettuce instead of ketchup and then the person taking the order had no idea what was on their Chicago dog (which was made wrong). Read moreThe food is good and our family really enjoys it. The meat packs a punch in flavor (and I’m guessing protein, they’re quite filling). My kids are big eaters and yet rarely do they finish their meals. My husband who is a very tall, large man is full with a meal and an extra sandwich (and perhaps even without the extra sandwich). We pay about the same range as we would at similar places. Staff are friendly and surprisingly accurate (we’ve never had a wrong item and customized items are always on point). Overall we love it here.
If there is any complaint is about the infrastructure of the island ledge next to the drive thru. I once tried to pull out of the drive-thru to park in the parking lot next to it and drove over a ledge that pulls out way too far. Today another car in front of us did the same. By the looks of the many scratches and tire marks, I am guessing lots of back bumpers and tires have gotten damaged while pulling out. Please fix this!

Read moreI walked into the restaurant and directly to the counter to place my order and there was a girl who walked in behind me yet the guy at the counter (Fargo) waited on her before he waited on me and I had to stand there in disbelief that he would do that. When I confronted him about his actions he defended it by saying she was a mobile order and therefore it would be faster if he took care of her first. I asked his name and he told me it was Fargo just like the city. I asked who was the mgr. on duty and he told me he was. I was aghast that a manager would treat a customer like this. In business you take care of FIRST COME FIRST SERVE not someone who is taking food to a couch potato to lazy to drive and get their own food. I want the franchisee to get in touch with me. I go there once or twice a week but will not come back with treatment like this. I work hard for my money and can easily spend it elsewhere.
