Well this is the last time and the last chance I'm giving this particular Chili's location. Still absolutely one of the worst locations they have. Severe lack of knowledge when it comes to their menu and what they offer, we sat for about 10 minutes no one even came by and said hello how are you doing, I'll be with you in a moment nothing. So we got up and left, again this is still one of the worst locations, and I hope they go out of business and are replaced by somebody else who can actually provide good food and good service. Not going to sugarcoat it, this is the third time we've been to this location since 2018 and it's equally as bad every time or worse!
I'm only giving two stars because the beer was good, my fajitas were at least palatable and the manager was cute LOL I know stupid reason but hey it's true. She was very sweet.
This has to be one of the worst chilis I think I've ever been to. We weren't there 15 minutes before somebody finally came by and paid us attention, by throwing our flatware onto the table along with some napkins, it slid across the table and almost falling into my wife's lap who sat across from me. Not a word was said by this waiter, not even a I'm sorry or here's your crap.
About five minutes later the waitress assigned to our table came by, I told her what happened of course she apologized, I also asked her if they were short-handed because they were really busy but didn't seem to have enough people to cover all the stations and the floor.
People came in about 10 minutes after we did and we're seated, no one paid them any mind for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
We actually had started thinking of leaving by the time our waitress came back, to take our order. The wife had chicken fried steak which wound up being too salty and she swore it had a purple color to it. I had the fajitas which were palatable at best. But not really the best I've had. A friend of ours that was eating with us took the safe route and ordered a salad. The best thing consumed at that table was the Shiner Bock beer I had ordered.
The manager did come by because she had heard we were not real happy, I explained what happened with the waiter, she said he had been talk to for similar attitude and activity before. And maybe he just didn't understand, which I corrected and said no it's just he doesn't give a damn.
Save yourself a headache, save yourself from being ignored and definitely save yourself some money. Go somewhere else, I have a bad feeling that chilis food as well as service is on a very sharp decline, we will not go back to any chilis ever again. This is getting to be a consistent pattern with all chilis...
Read moreChili's has great food, but we didn't have a great experience tonight at this location. 4 guests, simple order, 2 servers tag teaming. It was early in the dinner hour, with no waiting to be seated and empty tables near us.
One of two starters was brought out. We had to ask for the 2nd one. The server blamed the kitchen and brought the chili, but when it arrived it was cold. We alerted a manager. He gave no apology, but just said, "ok." He was gone about 7 minutes, then brought the hot chili. Then there were issues with the meals. A chicken fajita meal with no chicken and the wrong tortillas. Again, blame the kitchen & no apology. Closest we got was, "that's weird." The server disappeared for the remainder of our meal, so drink refills were ghosts. We tried several times to get the attention of the manager who was standing around, but he would not make eye contact. When my husband stood up, the server finally returned to offer dessert. We declined, but asked for our drinks to go. They brought two 12 oz. cups full of ice with about 8 oz. of soda between the two of them. The only apology I got was when my receipt wouldn't print.
UPDATE: Apparently, Chili's does not believe in apologies. I got a response, like many others, which stated that they would work to make improvements based on my feedback. That sounds promising, but as I perused other reviews, I've seen them promising improvement for months. I'm not confident in their promise.
The best (sarcasm) part of their "not sorry" is that it began by saying, "that doesn't sound right." It left me wondering whether they meant that the service should have been better, or whether they did not believe what I had shared. You can judge for yourself.

I placed order to arrive home missing my Cajun Shrimp Pasta from our 2 for $25 meal. I called several times and it was picked up each time and placed down on the counter and we could hear the noise in the background. My husband called and the same thing happened to him. I called again and I finally got a human voice and I explained to him I had just picked up my order and was missing my Cajun Shrimp Pasta. He said hold please and literally almost 10 minutes on hold and we decided to drive back to Chili’s while on hold. My husband went in while still on hold and he explained what had happened and showed the person who attended him that he was still on hold after almost 20 minutes.
They prepared my Cajun Shrimp Pasta and gave my husband a free desert.
Will I go back, not if I can help it. I understand everyone is facing shortage of workers, but it I was patient enough to wait almost 1 hour to get my food to eat at about 7:45pm and I placed my order at 5:45pm for pick up about 6:32pm and waited for meal to be brought out a 6:45pm to arrive home and not have my meal.
I would suggest that one person be assigned to phone calls, someone who can manage high volume calls and at least acknowledge each caller and write down their order, needs, concerns. Whatever reason one calls in, instead of answering and placing phone down to hear all the background noise.
Thank You for your service and I’m glad there are people employed, when many have no jobs. Have a blessed day!
(2 Year ago) Well, we keep going back for some odd reason and it’s usually the kids choice, but they have become some what blah when it comes to the food. I have gotten to the point of ordering the same thing always after being a bit disappointed with my other choices. No pics to add just my comment. Sorry Chili’s but it is what it is. See you next time when the kids...
