Diamond Pizza & Burger Coffee — Restaurant in Miami Beach

The food was horrible! Ordered a combo that comes with a cheese pizza for delivery to my hotel. They sent a pie with pepperoni. When I called to complain they proceeded to say I ordered it that way. Clearly I didn’t because the combo comes with a regular cheese pie AND I don’t eat pork! When I called to complain the lady hung up on me. When I called back she asked why I couldn’t just take the pepperoni off. They sent a cheese pie to replace it that was cold! They also wanted the pepperoni pie back.. I pray they didn’t resell it. The beef and chicken empanadas had no taste. The fries were undercooked. The Philly cheesesteak came with lettuce and tomato. Where they do that at!? The wings were fired until they were dry and the blue cheese tasted just like mayo! The spinach and cheese empanadas were the only tasty thing. When in town I would NEVER order...

The Caesar salad with mozzarella never seen such a presentation. The sauce looked and smelled boiled. Everything ended up in the trash. The lettuce leaves were spoiled and slimy.

Terrible service , we waited over an hour for our order. The food was tasteless and the order was made incorrectly. The pasta was disgusting, the shrimp were dry, and the Alfredo sauce tasted like plain milk. The shrimp also smelled awful, like a piece of rubber. The garlic bread was completely hard and dry impossible to bite through. The wings were inedible.

Overall, awful experience. We paid $67 and ended up throwing everything away.

This place deliberately takes cash because once you receive your order, you can’t cancel the transaction.

We ordered on a Sunday evening at our hotel, waited 2 hours!! Was originally told 45 minutes...should have read reviews and known better when I heard a blinker in the background. Dude is taking orders, sounds like delivering, and when we received it probably cooking too!!! Pizza was burnt!!! I honestly felt bad for the delivery guy. He was sweating from head to toe. No sauce on pizza and DEFINITELY NOT NEW YORK STYLE! We were so hungry we ate it. The smoothies were good and surprised not completely watered down since we waited so long. Don't waste your money!!! $60 down the drain! Unless you like the taste of burnt hot dogs...that's what the crust tasted like! lol Please hire people to accommodate the volume or stop sticking menus in...
