Not for locals. I have been living in Miami Beach for 5 years now, since I left the cold wasteland of San Francisco and I traded it for the tank top and sandals of Miami Beach. I saw this new restaurant opening a block from my beach house, I thought it was interesting, so I thought I would check it out. My girlfriend and I were coming back from smoking cigars in ocean drive and thought, let's have a drink here. But they told us they have a dress code, so no tank tops and sandals allowed to have a beer in the bar. In the middle of the summer! In Miami Beach! I think these guys got confused and wanted to open in New York, San Francisco, or Alaska. But I specifically moved here so I would never have to wear sleeves or closed shoes like I did back when I made my money in San Francisco.
