Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Miami Beach

Yesterday, we decided to pop in to Little Caesar to get a pizza because it was a rainy day, and we didn't feel like cooking. It is located on Collins in Miami Beach in a busy strip mall, but they do have designated parking.

We ordered a large half n half. I wanted the Deep Dish Sausage with mushrooms, and my daughter wanted the Hawaiian pizza. We planned for 2 days, so we also got the small chicken wings and some cheese bread. The deep dish pizza was excellent, as was the cheese bread! However, the chicken wings were teeny tiny, dried up, or overcooked from the smallest chickens they could find! They had a weird taste like they were left over a few days ago. We will never again order wings from there.

Overall, the service was great. The store was clean and tidy. Parking was available and wheelchair accessiblability is available. Our meal was delicious except for the wings. We will go back again...

Not only do I specify it in large letters on the Uber Eats app, but my husband called today to make sure, and even then, your employee failed to ensure the order was correct. What does it take for you to pay attention? This is extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for customer specifications. Keep in mind that for some people, this could be a matter of allergies, not just a preference. I demand that you take this matter with the seriousness it deserves. It is time for you to improve...

This place never has hot-n-ready pizzas readily available. I have came to this exact location on several occasions and never has there been a hot-n-ready available. What's the point in advertising that if it's not true. Plus after eating my not so ready but hot pizza I asked the employee for a smaller box for my pizza which he replied, "sorry but we count our boxes." Really so if someone eats at your facility you don't offer a to go box? This made me upset because both myself and my partner were on bikes so we couldn't hold a huge box and ride a bike at the same time. Not to mention the lack of pizza sauce we had on our pizza. It basically tasted like salty bread cheese and pepperoni. Not good at all! Have fun keeping inventory on your boxes little Cesar's!...
