I went to this gym for a month or so paying a package for spinning classes. Then I stopped because the instructor played horrible music (heavy metal). Someone close continued in the gym and decided to pay in advance 6 months. Then a few days ago this respetable person knock the door of the owner of the gym to ask him why the bikes that used to be inside the classroom were outside. This topic escalated because Fernando is one of this defensive guys that instead of hear and take the opportunity to give a better service, decided to be nasty.
He is now upset and he hasnât stop sending emails to me and this person. He also answered a comment recently with more lies. I would warn you this guy is not stable. He can say all he wants but please, if you are thinking to enter to this gym be aware that here the owner has the right to do whatever he wants.
He guy is saying this person has been for a year in his gym... she was living in another state a year ago. Mr Fernando if you would lie please just be smart enough.
I am not afraid of you, I just feel a big sorrow for your family. Hopefully you can calm down and just do what you have to do now. Refund $390 usd dollars.

As a small business, you should know that âthe client always has the rightâ. So what if when my wife knocked your door and ask you a question you wouldâve said âhow can I help youâ, or maybe what if you wouldâve stood up and just offer your help to move the bike, regardless if you were thinking she was right or wrong. Just because you are the owner of a small business and first of all, is the service and good reputation of your gym. However, the story was different. I was not there, but I know my wife from many years. I also know myself and in all your emails and messages you wrote several lies. I was not in your gym for 6 months. I only bought a 10 classes pass and maybe I used it in two months (from Feb to Apr 2019) We were never escorted by the security of the hotel My wife was not in your gym for a year. We have been living in Miami for less than a year, and the government knows about that. We have been living in Miami for less than a year, and the government knows about that. So I can continue but for me is enough to know that a person who is so brave to write so many lies without even thinking how easy was to probe you were lying donât deserve any more energy. This is for me a great lesson. Next time I would think twice when I recommend a place (my wife decided to go to your gym because of me!). And I always had the feeling that you were not that kind of guy who really enjoy providing a good experience to your clients. A great business is not the one that has the best in class devices, but the one that understand and care its clients. Hopefully you also learn a good lesson from this...
   Read moreI'm writing this short review and HIGH PRAISE of Beach Body Gym. I've been a member for nearly a year and overall have had royal treatment from my class instructors, Kim, Alex, David, and Leonard. I've also established a tight bond with my fellow classmates as if we are all "family", and even have picked our class song to be "we are family". The general cleanliness of both the gym and classes is reasonably excellent. Even Fernando, the owner, has begun to get closer and closer to gym operations on a daily and momentary basis. This gym, has an unbelievable and extremely vast assortment of equipment, catering to all types of bodies, from my slim physique through Mr. Universe type of equipment requirements. This week we will have a special training class, sponsored by Fernando, to better familiarize my "family" with not only all the types of equipment, but specifically to show all of us which equipment that each of us should use, but and how to safely, and most effectively, use the equipment. This is only one example out of many, many that I could give to show the "above and beyond" type of warmth that Fernando, the instructors, and "beach body Gym" gives to ALL its members. Fernando, I can't be more thankful for YOUR dedication to making "beach-body" surely the best gym in Miami Beach. I have personally, hand-brought in several neighbors of mine to become active in this gym. This may be the only gym that, in addition to the "muscle-men" type folks, has programs that specifically cater to Seniors, through an extensive "Silver Sneakers Program". Seniors are treated to a free and large assortment of exercise and yoga programs featuring flexibility, stretching, exercise, brain exercises, and strength training to enable our neighborhood Seniors to live a strong, long, safe life here in beautiful South Florida. Fernando, thanks again for your unique dedication to us. You deserve the highest awards imaginable for your help to the community. I'm apologetic for the previous bad review I left........ Everyone's entitled to have a "bad" day and I never meant for my review to ward people off the gym. I will be bringing another of my neighbors to our gym this week and I hope you show her similar "dynamics" to those shown me. Thank you a million times Fernando.    Read moreTERRIBLE place. I called yesterday and spoke with a guy(IForgotHisName) I told him that I will be there the next morning, which is today. On the phone, he told me the entrance to come in and that was it. I get there today and I go through the side entrance as he told me. First off, itâs an old stairwell(Creepy) there were red arrows all on walls that were pointing towards the door I came in. I went up the stairs and all door were locked. I went up 4 flights of stairs. Then I came down and went all around the corners and seen 2 doors. 1 with nothing on it and the other door had a sign up, saying something about Zumba class or something. I opened the door and it was real dark and people were doing Zumba. So by this being my first time at gym, I thought that was a class for Zumba. I had no idea that the front desk is inside that dark room. So I closed door. Long story short. I couldnât find help or anyone to tell me where the gym office is located. I called Beach body from my phone 6 times and of course I got no answer. After about 20 minutes as I was trying to find my way. A man came up to me and was sarcastic asking me what the problem is. I told him. Come to find out, thatâs the beach body gym guy that I had spoke to the day before. He never apologized and said Iâm sorry for the confusing or u getting lost etc but instead, he told me itâs not his fault that I didnât know where to go. He said itâs mines. That is a terrible way to talk to a customer. If showed concern and empathy cuz I was upset to be lost and gym not answer the phone, then I wouldâve been on with that. But he was defensive and sarcastic the whole time. I told him Iâm leaving and will never come back. He told me thatâs fine and said let me show u the way out. He even came outside when I was a half block away to tell me itâs not his fault that I couldnât find gym. He said more things but itâs too much to type. I will be reporting this gym to all places that I can possibly report it too. He made me feel horrible. He shouldnât be employed at this gym because he just gave yâall a bad name for me and lost...
