DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. FIrst of all, I asked to pay with credit (it was for delivery) and they said it was "cash only." After an hour and 20 min I called to check on my 2 cheese pizzas that myself and my three children were waiting for. The man said, the driver is on his way. 20 more minutes go by, and I call back, he says, he's on his way, maybe 5 minutes more. 20 MORE MINUTES GO BY...I call again, I said, you haven't asked for my phone number and if the driver has a problem, I'm not sure if you can reach me. Can you please maybe check with the driver? He calls the driver. Gets back on the phone and says there was a "computer glitch" with my order and do I want him to send another order out. I didn't understand this man. He lied to me, not once, but twice. Saying the driver was on his way and then saying due to a computer glitch, the ORDER WAS NEVER PLACED! Ok, fine. We STILL want the pizza. I've lost my appetite but the children are now grumpy and hungry. I said yes, please send the two cheese pizzas, do you think you could maybe offer a discount? He said, "ohhh, noooo. It was the computer.. do you want the pizza or not." SO RUDE!!! Now I'm fuming. I mean really. The worst service, and basic human experience ever. This man has zero regard for his customers and I hope I change at least one person's mind when deciding to order from here. Mistakes happen and he could've totally made it up to us by maybe giving us one of the two pizzas for free--something, anything, a gesture of good will. I am not the type of person that wants something for nothing but this was just...

I was visiting from out of state and ordered a pizza using the online ordering system found on the Miami Beach Pizza website. When my order was finally delivered - 25 minutes late - it was wrong. None of the 4 toppings I added to the pizza (and paid for) were on it, but was only a plain cheese pizza. Also, the salad we ordered was swimming in dressing, instead of putting it on the side as requested.

When I called the store to try and obtain a remedy to the issues, the crabby old man (assumed owner) whom I spoke to was rude and completely useless. He was unfriendly and not helpful, blaming his own online ordering system and taking zero accountability for the errors. As I continued to try and discuss things with him, informing him that I had a receipt showing exactly what I ordered and paid for, he hung up on me and refused to answer the phone on callbacks.

DO NOT order from this place. The pizza was simply average, and the customer service was terrible. There are plenty of other quality places that will get my future business over this dumpster fire of a...

Today I was walking on the beach and wanted pizza. I went to another shop and they wanted an outrageous $8.50 for a slice of Hawaiian. I passed and kept walking. I then walked by this shop on the corner called Miami Beach Pizza. When I walked in Luis the owner greeted me very welcoming. He asked my order and I got a slice of Hawaiian and a canned soda for $6!! He showed me their specials and all of them are a great deal! It might be the best deal for food I’ve ever gotten on Miami Beach!

The slice was large, full of Toppings and came out warm / fresh! Luis then told me he’s owned this shop for 18 plus years on the beach. The slice was just what I craved and such a great deal! The under carriage was crispy, the cheese melted to Perfection & he added more toppings than most pizza places do!

Tonight Luis gained a customer for life and I will be telling all visitors and locals about this amazing affordable Miami Beach pizza spot!
