Neighbors — Restaurant in Miami Beach

This place should be called "Neighbors from HELL!" The line was out the door and the 3 girls that were there were not communicating professionally. One of them who was referred to as Ellie was the most evil, lazy, and sneaky person I have ever seen. I literally watched her taunt and roll her eyes at her coworkers when they "messed up orders". She even went as far as sticking out her tongue like an idiotic child after whispering something to one of them. She is such a disgusting human if I can even call her that. That woman refused to move from the corner behind the coffee maker. Another woman named Isyss was extremely rude and bad mouthed the customer that was in front of me because she "wasn't grateful for free coffee." The customer politely mentioned how much it had tasted "old" and Isyss then yelled, "Well yeah, I just told you we ran out and had to make a fresh one. Are you going to take it or not?" It was embarrassing to have chosen this place for my staff that I am even considering never staying at 1 Hotel South Beach ever again. My company has not visited again since that day....

As previous review rent about, everything at the hotel is overpriced. What do you expect at a 5 start hotel. That being said we went twice during our stay. We ordered plain latte's with milk. They were reasonably priced and tasted great. Much better then Starbucks because they get their beans from a micro roastery from New York state. The latte's did not have that muddy bitter aftertaste found at coffee shops like Starbucks that use low quality beans.

As for the employee's. If you show a little genuine personal interest you get great service and a pleasant experience. Great...

Lovely, courteous staff but terrible smoothies.

Before covid-19 they would make the smoothies fresh to order, with wonderful tasty unique sustainable fresh ingredients.

Now they just pull the pre-made smoothies out of a fridge. Its not even close to the same. They just aren't worth buying.

For a top-tier brand such as the 1 Hotel it is really disappointing they took the lazy way out with their main lobby cafe, and kept their covid-19 smoothie policy in place, even long after the emergency phase of the...
