I recently had the pleasure of renting a jet ski from the "Best Ever Jet Ski Rental" and I must say, it was an incredible experience! From start to finish, everything was perfect.
First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They took the time to explain all the safety guidelines and made sure I felt comfortable before hitting the water. Their professionalism and knowledge gave me the confidence to enjoy my ride to the fullest.
The jet ski itself was top-notch. It was well-maintained, clean, and in excellent condition. The engine ran smoothly, and the controls were easy to handle. I could tell they take great care in maintaining their equipment, which made for a worry-free and enjoyable ride.
The location of the rental shop was also fantastic. It was conveniently situated near a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters. The scenery alone was breathtaking, and being able to explore the surrounding area on the jet ski added an extra layer of excitement and adventure.
What really sets them apart from the rest is their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. They provided me with useful tips on where to go, what to see, and even recommended some hidden gems in the area. Their personalized attention made me feel like a valued customer.
Overall, I cannot recommend enough. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. If you're looking for a thrilling and unforgettable jet ski experience, look no further. is the place to go. Trust me, you won't be...
Read moreI had booked a jet ski session with Corsair Watersports and unfortunately had a deeply disappointing experience—mostly due to the owner, Daryl. He was by far the rudest and most unprofessional person we encountered that day. At one point, Daryl aggressively grabbed my female friend by the arm—so hard she said it felt like he was grabbing a man. There was absolutely no reason or justification for such physical contact, especially that rough.
A customer jet ski riding error doesn't warrant that kind of treatment at all. It was completely uncalled for, unacceptable, and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
The rest of the staff was actually far more respectful and professional, which made Daryl's behavior stand out even more—not in a good way.
Me and my passenger chose to end our ride just 15 minutes into our hour-long session because we no longer felt safe nor welcomed. When I told Daryl I planned to call the company to report the incident, he smugly replied, “I am the owner, so that would be a waste of your time.”
That kind of arrogance, combined with physical aggression and verbal hostility, is exactly why this business should be avoided. Rather than de-escalate, he continued to antagonize and belittle us, showing zero accountability for his actions as another staff member did tell him to stop 🛑
If you care at all about being treated like a human being, do not spend your money here. Corsair Watersports is a liability.
Also nothing started on time as we...
Read moreI have to praise Corsair for being very friendly at the beginning. I was 7 minutes late due to being stuck in traffic, and they were kind enough to return for me. I made sure to apologize for being late.
Once we got to the spot, it didn't really look like it did in the pictures. I thought the ride would be closer to downtown; instead, we were in the middle of nowhere and got told where we can and can't go. However, I feel like the explanation was very vague.
After 40 minutes, I got approached by our guide, and he told me that my ride was over because I went too far. I didn't mean to break the rules on purpose, and I understand that I probably did go far, but I feel like cutting my ride 20 minutes early without a warning or a partial refund just isn't fair.
Until then I was having a pretty good time, but the employee's attitude just killed the mood. Felt like he didn't like me the moment I came late. Which is totally understandable, but I feel like ending my ride early was personal.
Response: I genuenly don’t understand why you are being so personal in the reply. Your rule explanation was about 20-30 seconds long. I agree that I made mistakes that could have been avoided. My whole point is, that the way you handled it was rude and disrespectful from my experience, thats it. Also please consult a PR agent before responding to...
