I’m not sure of anyone’s names so I’m just gonna put that out there. This was the most unprofessional thing I ever did in my life. For one I had to call for everything and the guy hung up on me multiple times when I’m trying to figure out information from him. There’s no set location so they come pick you up on jetskis. The guys was very rude and nasty when it came to the payment process. For one the prices online are not what they say once you get there. You also have to Cashapp your payment which isn’t very professional for a “5 star” business. There was one guy who was very nice and helpful but the one who picked us up kept telling us we were wasting his time cause he wasn’t clear about the payment process. Please save your time and money and book with a different company. Update: I received a call from the company and they are not associated with the person being rude about the process and this persons name was Christopher Flores. I was very disappointed with the jet ski rental experience with this company. At first, everything seemed fine: they sent us the address, we arrived, and they picked us up on a small boat to take us to the platform where the jet skis were. But that was the only part that went well. The area for riding was very small, and we were restricted in our movement: we couldn’t get too close to each other or to the shores, which made the ride feel very limited and boring. When we asked how fast the jet skis could go, they told us they could reach a maximum speed. However, in reality, the jet skis were very slow and didn’t give the feeling of freedom and speed we were expecting. The jet skis looked like new models, but they were actually in terrible condition: they were very slow, which further ruined the experience. Additionally, the rules that restricted getting close to other people made the situation even less enjoyable. Overall, it was a huge disappointment, and I DO NOT RECOMMENDED...

I had a terrible experience renting jet skis from this company. They promised that their jet skis could reach up to 70 miles per hour, but in reality, they only went up to 30 miles per hour at most, which was extremely disappointing.

In addition, there were serious problems with the documents. They wouldn't let us go beyond a very small area, claiming that the jet skis weren't fully certified, and they were afraid of getting a fine from the police.

To make matters worse, the jet skis were in awful condition. They were dirty, scratched up, and constantly stalled. It felt like they were barely functional. I would definitely not recommend renting from here if you’re looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience. Very...
