Avoid. Went there for lunch today because the menu looked nice, despite being overpriced. Served me undercooked chicken. Disgusting rubbery texture. My partner had chicken too so I was able to tell the difference. The first time I’ve ever had to send food back. Just one bite of undercooked chicken can cause food poisoning.
I changed to another dish and was happy to leave it there. Until someone came over and told me that as a gesture of goodwill they haven’t charged me for the chicken.
It’s ok if you can’t be bothered to rectify an unsatisfactory experience (I didn’t ask for any gesture at that point).. But to pretend to a customer that you have done them a favour by not charging them for a dish they had to send back?! That is a disgrace. Learn some hospitality.
Other mistakes/ issues; unable to communicate to my partner what was in the salad dressing (for her allergies) so she had to just leave it. Asked for a panini and they brought a burger. Asked for balsamic vinegar and they brought brown sauce. Asked 4 times but they were unable to give me an answer on what the chef had to say about the chicken I sent back. Poor English language. Automatic adding of 20% service charge which I asked...

I started with the "Parmesan Truffle Fries", which had very little parmesan and no truffle flavor at all. Crispy yes, tasty.. no. Bland and hot. But, temperature is not taste.
So I moved on to the "Lobster Ravioli", which I hoped I would make up for this abdication of spice. Unfortunately, the lack continued.
Flooded with sauce, which wouldn't be a bad thing if the sauce were somehow savory. The portion was good, and the platting was fine. But you can't cover what's not there with sauce and expect to produce something of merit. Sure, an occasional piece of lobster would find its way out of the ravioli, however, it was not enough to counter the disappointment of a very plain dish.
To be clear, I'm not saying the food was bad. It just wasn't good. And at the prices they charge, there should be more to dinner than what you could find in the frozen food section of your local...
