When it comes to the crunch family Corner crunch team just so you know you guys are so awesome the reviews that people pitch I would even worried about it down to the sales representative pt manager personal trainers maintenance crew you guys are really really knowing it and I mean that 100%
There's a guy that work at crunch he had weight on them from the time that I've been here he lost all that weight and congratulations on losing all that weight just know you look better with your hair short I keep up the good work because you look really really good
When it comes to the front desk and sale Representatives you guys are really awesome when I was having a bad day or anybody was having a bad day I hell even a good day you found a way to make people laugh on the way in the door to get people to open up to you a little more you made it feel like they were family and not just a dollar sign go to all the you at the front desk including the guy that was here today thank you all so very much
When it comes to PT manager imma say you have a horrible teeth just playing with you your team a personal trainers they are so awesome they take the time to listen to see what they need to improve on what they get done even if they want to build 10% of muscles the trainer's shoe for 20 to 30% raise the bar to you I say thank you or hiring such a good team
Coach vino Now when it come to my coach Vino oh God where the start not only does he have a heart of gold he have that passion that drives that will that fire two improve his self but at the same time help improve any and everybody else he is a type of trainer that is willing to take his time to answer any of your questions but this is with any and all the other trainers as well but when it comes to coach v the PT manager was right if you going to train with him you need to eat an hour early because he will put you through a massive work this is why I say to you keep pushing your future clients that way because it works I was small when I first came in and I'm leaving with at least a higher percentage than what I was expecting to leave with which was about 10 to 15% more a muscle even though I don't see it
Jarred This guy is no outgoing so spontaneous so passionate about what he do and since I've been here I have never seen him have a bad day he always have a smile on his face he's always outgoing he's always willing to talk to you he's always willing to listen to your niece even when you leave it a chance you don't mind having a conversation and to me that is very hard to come by because many people why sales representative at other gyms did not take the time to really do that that's which is why I see gyms like this is very hard to come by so where they make you feel like you are family and not a dollar sign like I said before
So thank you all for making this is a very good experience for meat this ...
Read moreGood gym, shady business tactics. It's a shame to have to say this because I really like the staff and enjoy working out there. I believe this is more of a corporate problem than anything else. They will reel you in with a good sign up promotion or "discounted" rate, which can be appreciated. But read the fine print because that's probably not how much you'll be paying in 6 months Expect them to increase your monthly rate by AT LEAST $5-10 extra a month within the first year at any point they choose, and probably again your second year. The slap in the face comes when you realize they are offering even cheaper rates and better promotions non-stop after you join, but for sign up members only, that YOU will NOT be eligible for. Consider it "Juniority" for being a loyal member over time. If you decide to cancel when they increase your membership price, you will have to pay another initiation fee and wait 2 or more months before joining again I believe to avoid additional fees. So you really won't be able to take advantage of any current promos, and they will then increase your price again, as before. Crunch recently closed the Alton location so now all of those members have migrated to Washington, so expect it to be a bit busier. They have rightly removed the extra cost for going to both gyms and props for expanding the size of the washington location, however it would be nice if they expanded the hours to match the Alton location as this was a big selling point with my schedule. Other than dodgy marketing and business model, the gym equipment is pretty solid and well maintained, which is appreciated. I will change this review to 5 stars and update this review if they offer to reduce my monthly dues back to promotional or at least current promotional prices as offered in incentive for me to join before I signed the papers. I actually recruited some people to join here when I first started without for any discounts, so I feel that's the least I deserve. I still haven't decided whether to keep paying the higher rate or switch gyms as result. Hopefully the owner takes the time to read honest reviews like this and reaches out in response to this review or offers to work with me on renegotiating a more fair price given the circumstances, as the Alton location and hours were a big positive and selling point for me when I joined and I have been a loyal member for a very long time now. I have a lot of positive things to say about this place as well, but unfortunately cost is the most important factor for most people,...

I will have you know I have had a VERY DISTURBING conversation with “Aria”. YOUR customer service agent.
This lady has The most unprofessional and unpleasant customer service skills I have EVER in my life witnessed. This is extremely fortunate that you and the fellow staff would EVER allow an associate to speak with a complete stranger in the manner she did.
After being hung up on twice and the back and forth of our conversation I am left in TOTAL DISBELIEF that a front desk associate has the Audacity to speak to a potential customer in this way. I am in butter shock.
Her language and dialogue with myself was absolutely inappropriate and unnecessary. I was hung up on twice after I asked for two day trial… (As I would be interested in two classes before committing to Crunch) I was constantly talked over, and then laughed at over the phone… I was also rushed and told “I have people in front of me”; as if I needed to be rushed on the questions of the classes and benefits of Crunch.. It is completely OUTRAGEOUS to rush a potential customer for inquiring.. Wouldn’t you agree Anthony?? I was then lied to about the benefits and offers within the company at this time, as I had to double check online while on the phone with Aria and explain all you had on the website, and once I made this clear Aria then retracted. Aria CLEARLY needs more training on the business, the memberships and what it entails, the offers you hold months and MOST IMPORTANTLY How to speak to potential customers and phone etiquette in general.
I told Ms. Aria (workin this morning on 6/25) that I am familiar with the company as my general manager referred me to Crunch because we receive a benefit for working in the hospitality field…And I am appalled at the service I received. Anthony, YOU, should completely grasp what is going on. Is this why your ratings are a low 3.5 on google and lower on all other platforms??
There needs to be a serious conversation with your staff and how they treat or speak to complete strangers who are interested or inquiring about the benefits of buying a gym membership at Crunch fitness. The associate Aria seems ENTITLED to her position and has given me the most unfriendly, unhelpful, and distasteful, service I have witnessed in an extremely long time.
I would like to speak with you directly as soon...
