PLEASE read this before coming…

This place is a complete disaster. We made a reservation for a couples massage over the phone, and the staff assured us everything was fine. But after wasting 45 minutes of our time driving there and paying $40 for parking, we were met with appalling customer service.

A rude, condescending woman yelled at us, claiming we hadn't confirmed our appointment, despite being told we were all set. Are you kidding me? This is a textbook example of incompetence and disrespect. It is definitely not the way to run a business. If they require confirmation calls, why didn't they mention it? And why not require a deposit to avoid this kind of situation? Instead, she wasted our time, ruined the moment, and then had the audacity to yell at us for her own mistake.

To make matters worse, the place inside also looked filthy. It's a tiny, dirty, run down dump of a spa with a rude woman. It seems like they're prioritizing random walk-ins and doing questionable work.

If you’re someone looking for a personal, soothing, quiet massage. (This is not your typical massage) Everyone talks about the massage, but forget to describe this place. First walking in it appears to be a reflexology massage place. Pass that area you enter a small small room looks like it was once a storage area. The room is divided with two bed sheets. Massage bed on each sides, someone else on the other side. Mine the room doesn’t have much space.. undressing is also done in the same room as well. Just isn’t your typical massage room. Unless you’re used to places like this one. Last but not least you CAN HEAR EVERYTHING that takes place in the spa, even the customers that comes in to ask questions. Go here if you want a really good massage at a reasonable price. I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage. The pressure was perfect - overall relaxing but still effectively working every muscle. On a Swedish 0 to Thai 10 range, most of the massage was around a 4, with some parts going to a 6. The massage was kind of a fusion deep tissue, half dry half oil, hot stone, with a little stretching. I injured my shoulder a few weeks ago and asked to not go too hard in that one spot, and she adjusted that area just right. The place is small and yes you can walk past a break room, but once the curtain is closed, it felt private and calm, with gentle background music. I called at 1pm for a 2pm massage on a Sunday afternoon. The guy that took the reservation had a very thick accent, so it was hard to understand, but we eventually got everything set, and when I walked in just before 2 a nice lady at the reception desk and my masseuse had my info and were waiting for me.
