I HAD to have the Madagascar Vanilla ice cream & it was not only the most beautiful cone in the shop but the most amazing ice cream i've tasted! First off, it's black in color, which is just sooo damn cool on its own, but the ice cream is so creamy and rich of vanilla flavor, you'll be transported straight to Madagascar in your mind! They put it in a chocolate cone that adds to the wonderful aesthetics & taste... Then they top it off with gold leaf all over! Talk about delish and boujee! I felt like royalty holding this cone! And the explosion of deliciousness is second to none. Now for the fun creation! I got a beautiful cloud of pink & blue cotton candy & in the center had a beautiful cone consisting of lavender ice cream on a chocolate cone (black is such an elegant color y'all!) Then topped it off with some beautiful colorful candy! The cotton candy is so pillowy and delish, I was reminiscing on the fair! The ice cream has such an amazing lavender taste that was awesome but not too much, perfection is an understatement! The topping were such a sweet and pretty complement to the ice cream! It was all around the funnest thing i've created! I love the fact that you can let your creativity fly and make something suitable for you! Because i'm sure i'm not alone when I say that ice cream is suitable for anyone!
The ambiance is so gorgeous & fun! All kinds of balloons line up on the ceiling and theres so much color everywhere! It's any kids or kid at hearts dream! and the view! I mean it's right on Ocean Drive! The owners were the most amazing and hospitable people! I received the best service! They're so helpful and sweet! Made me feel like family! You can see they pour their love into everything they make! Definitely when I go I never want to leave!

Located in the iconic, Art Deco era Carlyle hotel, you can enjoy your artisan ice cream in paradise…literally! This little gem of a store deserves its own giant storefront on the strip, but it’s tucked away on the bottom floor (right hand side) of the Carlyle Hotel. Look for the colorful Birdcage wall mural and the human sized ice cream statue to lead the way.
Everywhere you look, there are bright colors, candy, cones, ice cream, neon signs and bright balloons. My favorite part? The Cotton Candy machine! Hand spun Cotton Candy, a double scoop of your favorite ice cream and your favorite candy topping… sign me up! Large enough that we shared it between the three of us and we enjoyed it as much as our teenager did.
Pros: The service was amazing! The sweetest lady behind the counter was happy to let me film the hand spun Cotton Candy process. There’s a super cute, human sized ice cream statue and wall mural for great pictures. You can enjoy your dreamy dessert on the South Beach strip along the beaches and palm trees. Worth every penny and calorie consumed. Icy-n-Spicy has my family’s highest recommendation and we look forward to visiting again soon.
Cons: We scarfed our Cotton Candy Ice Cream dream down in under 5 minutes and my husband wouldn’t let me order another one LOL! It’s dessert in paradise… what’s there to...
Read moreGross. Everything tasted like chemicals. I do not understand the hype or why or how people are paying this much for straight sugar and artificial chemical flavors. Went with some friends & no one liked it, not even their kids.
Edit to reply to the owners unhinged comment - really funny that you claim to know who i am & have me on camera when you are sorely mistaken. You mentioned i came with two little girls when I did not, you know what they say about assumptions right? I tasted the ice cream of my friends son while we were walking outside enjoying the weather is it was gross. Sorry you can’t handle an honest review. If your product is made with “all natural flavors” then what is natural and tastes like that? Probably artificial sugar or flavoring that you won’t want to tell the customer about. These replies filled with assumptions of your paid customers giving honest feed back for your over prices & under delivering “food” don’t make you look very good. Best of luck to you, not sure why you can’t take criticism like any other respectable business in the game. Sorry if i struck a nerve by telling it like it is 😘
PS- if you added an video you’d look even more foolish cuz you’re assuming someone is me that is not. Maybe just accept not all your reviews are gonna be good and stop trying to accuse your paying customers of lying by then lying yourself....
