Aura Bistro Market — Restaurant in Miami

Before I ordered a tequeño from the lady working at the cash register I watched how she was counting cash and handling coins with her gloves. Then she proceeded to grab the tequeño I asked for with the same gloves she used to handle cash and that she rubbed on the back of her pants. I politely asked for another tequeño and for her to change her gloves before touching my food. I was yelled at in Spanish and was told that I don’t understand what they’re doing.

I am saddened by this experience and told them this before I left because I want to support local businesses but won’t be disrespected the way I was. I hope others have more positive experiences here in the future.

I live in the complex for five years It’s easier for me to go to the dentist, then buying something in the bistro. Horrible service I really hope someone takes over this location. It has great potential.

Employees do not understand a single word of English. When 50% of this complex only speak English

The guy with pony tail is always rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly. Terrible attitude. He cant say good morning, thank you, bye… He Can literally stare at you when you say good morning and just wait for you to order. But they do dare to suggest a tip on their ipad upon payment 😂 Upsetting how they give your business for granted. More upsetting is how the owner keeps apologizing to clients who leave bad reviews about poor customer service instead of fixing the problem by changing staff.
