I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant , especially if you’re a Miami resident or planning a visit. I was a regular customer until today, but my experience has taken a turn for the worse. The staff used to be incredibly attentive and courteous, but today, I had to meet a new bartender, a woman who turned out to be a scammer. When I asked for a glass of prosecco, she poured me the most expensive champagne at the bar without even knowing the prices! (I’m familiar with the prices since I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times.) This woman is taking advantage of the trust of regular customers and is simply scamming them. I know the prices for this brand, and a bottle of champagne costs $50. I understand that I’m in a restaurant, not a supermarket. However, serving the most expensive champagne without considering the price is simply unacceptable! When I inquired about her choice, she responded in a sullen and rude manner, saying, “If you want a cheaper one, come on, when it’s happy hour!” This is not the behavior of an employee in the service industry. I will never return to this Balance again, and it’s disheartening that it was once one of my favorites. I’m canceling my reservation for six people on my birthday this Saturday. I’m sorry that Balance doesn’t try to retain its loyal customers but instead resorts to deceiving those who trust them. I add attachment with receipt per one small glass of prosecco

An Enthralling Café Experience with a Hint of Splendor

With its trendy American-style café setting, Ballan's offers a captivating experience for all senses. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enamored by the delightful ambiance, welcoming staff, and a menu that caters to every discerning palate.

Ballan's boasts an impressive variety of menu options, thoughtfully crafted to cater to both the health-conscious and those seeking sweet indulgence. I found myself particularly drawn to their diet-friendly combinations, as they perfectly struck the balance between nourishing and delectable. During our family outing, we relished the exquisite flavors of their salmon bagel and the delightful burst of blueberries in their luscious porridge. As a fitness enthusiast, I must commend their protein smoothies—truly a refreshing treat!

While Ballan's certainly impressed me, I deducted one star for an area that could be further enhanced. The service, though friendly and attentive overall, did exhibit occasional lapses in efficiency. However, this minor flaw did not detract significantly from the overall experience.

What sets Ballan's apart from its peers is the genuine commitment to providing a unique experience. The café exudes a charismatic aura, subtly merging sophistication with warmth. I was particularly captivated by the artful presentation of each dish, an aesthetic feast for both the eyes and the taste buds.

Ballan's holds that spark of brilliance, making it a place worth discovering. Beyond its remarkable ambiance and tantalizing flavors, I appreciate the effort the owners have invested in curating a menu that caters to various dietary needs. It's a testament to their commitment to creating a welcoming space for all.

In the spirit of constructive criticism, I would suggest that Ballan's consider further streamlining their service to ensure a seamless experience for their patrons. Additionally, expanding their range of vegetarian and vegan options would be a commendable step toward inclusivity.

To the team at Ballan's, I extend my gratitude for an enchanting experience. The undeniable potential that this café possesses is truly remarkable, and I can't help but feel compelled to return. If you're seeking a delightful respite in Miami, Ballan's is an absolute must-visit, offering a glimpse into the harmonious fusion of art, flavor, and...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Balan's in Miami, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of the evening.

The first thing that impressed me was the impeccable service. The staff at Balan's were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. From recommending delicious menu items to accommodating special dietary requests, their attention to detail was truly commendable.

Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Balan's is a culinary delight, offering a wide variety of dishes that cater to every taste bud. Whether you're in the mood for seafood, steak, or vegetarian options, you'll find something to satisfy your cravings. Each dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. The flavors were bold, the ingredients fresh, and every bite was a delightful explosion of taste.

The ambiance at Balan's is also worth mentioning. The restaurant has a modern and stylish decor, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable setting. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or that special someone, Balan's provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable and enjoyable evening. The soft lighting, elegant furniture, and soothing music all contribute to a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

I cannot recommend Balan's enough. It is truly a hidden gem in Miami's dining scene. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a fantastic meal, this restaurant exceeds expectations in every way. The combination of exceptional service, delectable food, and inviting ambiance make Balan's a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Trust me, you won't be...

Went here for a night out with a friend but from the jump it wasnt an abismal experience. Seated and left in a noisy, multi-colored lighted, 3/4 empty dining room on a Saturday night. We did the Miami Spice menu, which was alright for pricing, but there were inconsistencies with what was online compared to the printed menus we were given. The music was way too loud, and the manager seemed more engulfed with the DJ setting up rather than making sure patrons were receiving ordered items and being able to enjoy their time without yelling over tables. Bang bang shrimp was mushy, didn't seem like shrimp, nor shaped like it. Watermelon ceviche was okay, the pistachios were soggy, and the jalapeños were too large and thick for the type of dish. My companion and I immediately started feeling ill after only 2 or 3 bites, and the entrees had not even arrived. There were long waits for both appetizers and entrees, minimum of 45 minutes to and hour. Once the entrees finally arrived the pasta was under cooked and clumped together, the chicken ceasar milinase was alright, but the shaved parmesan was oddly yellow and off putting. After 2 bites we wanted to leave, I have never gotten sick so fast from a meal. Dessert was strange, the chocolate chip cookie was overly salted, and the "deconstructed creme brulee" was a banana pudding parfait. Save your time and money, this place might be fine for a drink and for hookah out front, but it needs to stop trying to be something it's not. Be a hookah bar, ditch the entree menus and floral counches. Also update your indoor pictures because the orange track club lighting throught the dining room doe not...
