I've had two fantastic buying experiences at Braman. My most recent was with Luis Manotas, my salesman. He was quite knowledgeable and we looked at a LOT of cars.
I had to come by a few times while I was shopping around and he was VERY patient with me. Probably too patient to be honest as I can be pretty indecisive.
I went between looking at CPO Elantras and Sonotas and a used 2020 versa for 14.5k (had an accident so I figured I should get a cheaper car, but the insurance was the same!)
Went to speak with the finance person the first time and we couldn't make the numbers work with the interest rates. I looked around and couldn't find anything Iiked in my budget.
So I went online to get pre-approved with capital one and was approved for 6.75 for 72 months. Not great, but better.
I went back as I was able to crunch the numbers and make it work and mentioned to her that I had an approval letter. She told me that they had a rate with them of 8-8.5% and space coast was the best (which is almost always true) when they ran my credit the first time.
I asked her if she could call them again and ask for a rate for 60 months and I got a rate of 6.35 👍. I got such a ridiculous deal on a 2023 CPO Elantra SEL w/convenience package and 8k miles that I think the manager was mad lol. But he honored the deal even when I came back.
Luis is great and said he'd rather get repeat business than nickel and dime people. If you go there, ask for him, he's very easy to work with.
I did hit a snag when I found out my car might not be registered as a CPO. I called Hyundai twice and both times was told it wasn't registered as certified. I started to freak out a bit because I didn't get any paperwork about it and didn't see anything about it on the contract. I was going to have the contract emailed to .e in fact
So I went back while I had another Hyundai rep on the phone so she could tell them herself.
The sales manager went to find someone and about 15 minutes later, Manuel, one of the managers came back with a paper showing the certification.
There must have been some miscommunication on Hyundai's end because when I called them a 3rd time, the lady said I was given bad information and my car was certified. I just needed to provide some documents online to officially transfer it to my name for the warranty. There was a lien on the car from previous owner.
So short story, long, go to Braman. They take care of their customers even when they're a PITA like me. I actually called Luis back to apologize. Anyway, sorry guys, you're the best! Thanks for putting up with me. I can't recommend them...

Jon was also incredibly responsive throughout our interactions before my trip to Miami, making sure I understood everything, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Jon also went the extra mile to help structure the deal for me, and I cannot speak highly enough of his professionalism. Together, Abel and Jon delivered the most efficient, personalized, and enjoyable car-buying experience I’ve ever had. Their commitment to excellence is a true reflection of the Braman brand, which itself is a class act in the luxury automotive world (I’m very glad I traveled down to finalize my deal to see the dealership, rather than shipping the car up to MI!).
I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Abel, Jon, and the team at Braman to anyone seeking not just a great vehicle, but a client-first experience grounded in professionalism, integrity, and real human connection.

Read moreI researched the MINI Cooper Convertible extensively and sought to lease a vehicle from the huge Braman MINI inventory using the Internet Sales Team. I've never enjoyed the car buying experience either walking in cold to a show room or buying via the Internet. I prefer the Internet and the Braman team exceeded all my expectations. This was my first vehicle lease. My first contact at Braman was with Krystal who showed us the inventory of about 20 MINI CVs. We drove one and picked a 2018 loaded model. I rarely do that but the deal was excellent on there 2018 model year all of them discounted as the 19s were already arriving. From on-line resources I determined a target price and lease payment. The next person I met was Greg - he's the closer. He offered a sales price, I countered and my price was accepted. It was below my target price. I was pleased. I did not want to deal with Finance as this was an Internet sale. Greg accommodated and threw in what Finance would have tried to sell me if I had to sit through that typical ordeal - a protection plan that covered dings and stains that I might have had to pay for upon returning the vehicle at the end of the lease. Lewellen presented the paper work and we were done in about 3.5h total walk-in, walk-out time with the dealership. The MINI was delivered to my house on a flat bed the next day! I had some questions on the on-board systems after I spent some time with these. Alejandro was working that day and he answered all of them making himself available by phone the next day even though he was off. This is service. There is a culture at Braman that is different than any other dealership I have used in probably a dozen car purchases. You become part of the Braman family and you're treated like it. No baloney, no pressure; in fact, I told Krystal, my first contact at Braman, she was the first car sales person I met where I didn't feel like that the sales person was trying to sell me a car. i.e, I'll show you some cars, if you like them, I'm here to help you buy it.
