During our business trip from the Dominican Republic, my husband and I stumbled upon Brooklyn Dumpling Shop at Miami Central, absolutely famished after a long morning. What we expected to be just a quick bite turned into discovering one of our new favorite spots in Miami.
Since everything on the menu looked so delicious, we couldnât decide what to orderâso we tried a little bit of everything! We had two types of dumplings, the Korean BBQ and the Bacon Cheeseburger, and OMG⊠words cannot describe how amazing they were. We left already dreaming about coming back to try them all! We also ordered a protein bowl each and two side salads. At first, we thought it might be too much food, and honestly, the portions are so generous that I ended up taking half my plate to go. Still, we happily ate until we couldnât take another bite.
To make things even more special, the owner noticed how much we were enjoying ourselves and personally came to our table, gifting us the most delicious apple pie Ă la mode you could ever imagine. My husband usually avoids cinnamon, yet he devoured this dessert like there was no tomorrowâit was that good!
The entire team is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, and you can feel the ownersâ passion in every detail, ensuring guests have the best experience possible.
We are beyond grateful for this wonderful meal and the kindness we received. Without a doubt, weâll be returning every time weâre back in Miamiâand weâll be recommending Brooklyn Dumpling Shop to...
Read moreFrom the moment I stepped into Brooklyn Dumplings in Miami, I knew I was in for something special. The vibe was electric â modern, stylish, and effortlessly cool, with just the right balance of New York attitude and Miami flavor. But the real star of the show? The food. Absolutely next-level.
Every bite was bursting with bold, inventive flavors that somehow still managed to feel comforting and familiar. The dumplings were unlike anything Iâve ever had â perfectly crisped on the outside and packed with juicy, flavorful fillings on the inside. From the classic pork and chive to the outrageously good pastrami dumplings (yes, you read that right), each one was a mini explosion of deliciousness.
What I loved most was the creativity behind every dish. This isnât your average dumpling spot â itâs a culinary playground. The cheeseburger dumpling? Wild and 100% worth it. The spicy peanut noodles? Addictive. And donât even get me started on the dipping sauces â they elevate everything to a whole new level.
The service was fast and friendly, the ordering process was futuristic (love the automated pickup lockers!), and the whole experience was just seamless from start to finish.
Whether youâre a dumpling enthusiast or just someone who appreciates damn good food, Brooklyn Dumplings in Miami is a must-visit. I left full, happy, and already planning my next trip back.
10/10 â Highly recommend. This spot is a...
Read more$38 no drink included. I found it to just be very average. Chicken lemongrass dumplings had no flavor at all. Wagyu dumpling was pretty good. They charge for extra sauce and the sauces are what add any flavor ?! And they're tiny. They forgot to put it in our bags so we had to go back inside to get it and our order was a takeaway. Thank god we checked. The noodles were such a disappointment! Very soggy had no texture and drenched with sauce, I expected (based on the pic) yellow noodles like from Panda Express but these were soggy and mushy. The bowl came with cucumber and veggies which was nice but they were VERY frugal with the chicken. Trader Joe's orange chicken tastes better, the inside of this chicken was mushy and there was no crunch on the outside breading, again it was soggy. For how expensive this place is, I was very underwhelmed. 5 dumplings is $8. The staff was soooo nice! She held the door open for me and welcomed me inside and asked how to pronounce my boyfriend's name, she was soo sweet! Amazing people but wouldn't come back...
