Caffe Tonny — Restaurant in Miami

Horrible service Placed my food on grubhub waited 1:40 min called in to check on my order the guy says they have no driver knows where I’m at what time I ordered the food how far is the distance he says he is sorry “sorrymya**” he has my number listed but he didn’t bother to call when I placed to order “sir sorry we don’t have any drivers to deliver” instead he waits for me to call check when my food will be delivered! Sad business people no respect tells me call them and ask for a refund how ignorant of course I’m gone get a refund Bc the food was never delivered anyways! Stopped in late night to eat with some friends, and the employee (it seemed like he was most likely the owner) was incredibly rude to us. The place itself looked clean, and the food in the case looked delicious. I was super craving falafel, so was very disappointed that the man who would be making my sandwich was treating us as if we were in there to start trouble, literally the minute we walked through the door. The cafe itself was empty, maybe because the disgruntled falafel maker scared them away.

I was super hungry otherwise I would not eat anything, but the only thing I did eat is the chicken which I forced myself ofc and the hummus wasn’t that bad other than that it was nasty straight up falafel, kibbeh, Tabbouleh 🤮 and whoever operating the business I think is the owner when I asked him if he is the owner he is like No but his name when asked him he said is “Tonny” how I don’t know !!!!!! What crazy is that the place is called (coffee Tonny) anyway who cares, the point is that he was super weird and has zero personality.
