The is the worst store I have ever dealt with! I have had multiple issues but today was the last straw. I am at work and I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my husband who is at home. I got a call form the delivery guy stating that he was trying to deliver but no one answered the door. I apologized and quickly called my husband. He did not answer. I called the delivery guy once again and apologized that I could not get ahold of my husband. The delivery guy was very nice and informed that he could not wait any longer and to just cancel the order and reorder once I got ahold of my husband. I apologized once again and did just that. Once I got ahold of my husband and realized he was in the shower and did not hear the door or my call. I reordered and paid for another pizza. I did not even cancel the 1st pizza and request a refund because I knew it was our fault for not answering the door. I simply ordered a new pizza and paid for it. I got a call form the Manager of the store (John) a few minuets after placing my second order. He called to to scold me like a child! that his delivery guy was not able to deliver the 1st pizza. telling me that he can not send his delivery guy once again to deliver us the 2nd pizza because he already sent him once... WHAT?! I just paid for a 2nd pizza to be delivered. So at this point I have paid for 2 pizzas and you are telling me you will not deliver it? i did not even ask for a refund of the 1st pizza because i took that as my fault for not being available. Now i have fully paid for a 2nd pizza and you call me to yell at me for not being available for the 1st pizza and ordering a 2nd one?! telling me how it is a waist of time for you to sent the driver again?! I paid for it! It would be the same if i ordered one pizza it was delivered and i decided i wanted another one and you would have to delivered a 2nd one. I'm sorry, do you have a 1 pizza per day rule that I am suppose to follow. Am i not allowed to order more then 1 pizza????!!! As a manager this is absolutely ridiculous behavior! for you to call me to scold me like I am your child which I can assume that I am quadruple your age is insulting! As someone who runs a very successful business and deals with customer daily, YOU Sir. need some serious training. Read moreDelivery driver took 1.5 hrs and went to the wrong address but whatever. They also would not answer the phone. The cinnamon rolls were good and that was what I started with. No red flags. Then, I open up my bowl of pasta and cannot believe that it is about 1/3 filled up. The pasta wasn’t bad but they just straight up gave me less than half of what a serving should be.
I thought maybe they just made a mistake or had a shortage, I’m excited for the pizza. The fact that they got my order wrong, pepperoni not sausage, wasn't the issue. I wouldn't have cared. But this pizza was COLD and OLD. It tasted badly and I still tried to eat it because I wanted to at least get my calories worth and not have to buy another dinner. But I had to stop eating it because I was genuinely concerned about how old it was and if they had just given me a leftover pizza (which falls in line with it not being what I ordered). What made it clear was that the pineapple wasn't yellow and juicy it was shriveled up and more greenish almost brown. And not in a ‘toasty’ way as if it was from being cooked, this was clearly just old.
Overall, the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I feel sick now and regret forcing down a slice and a half.
The 7-11 that I get a massive pizza from for like $7 and have the lowest expectations for is 10x better.

I called at 8:01PM for my order the gentleman told me it’s going to take 20-25Mns, then at 8:54 they call me to CONFIRM my order. Then he got quiet on the phone then a lady said “ hello dominos how can I help you” I told her I already order said “is if for Gabriel? I told her I’m Nancie, then she asked me “what is your address “ like all this time they still haven’t make my order yet!!! Then when I call them back after 5mns they put me on hold for 8mns so I hang up and called again he put me on another hold for this time 3mns!! At 9:01PM when I called He said my order will take 10-15mns exact to get to my location At 9:50 I called them to ask how come it’s almost 10:00PM the phone went straight to hold and no one one say anything after 3mns holding AGAIN then they hang up!! I’ve never had a WORSE experience in my life like that!!! I’m so over this place I swear I will call cooperate This IS CRAZY NONSENSE !!! I can’t believe this!!
