Eduble Chefs — Restaurant in Miami

In the 5 days I stayed in the Wynwood area I ate at this food truck twice, and I was blown away both times. The first time I ordered the Doobie burger (which is a double patty plant based vegan burger) with seasoned waffle fries, and I believe a lemonade of sorts. I have zero complaints. I consumed the burger so quickly I didn't have time to photograph it.

The second time I visited I ordered the Esculent bowl and l can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The bowl contains veggies and impossible burger meat but the coconut milk reduction is the real hero of this dish. Your taste buds will truly thank you for the experience if you come and eat here.

I had the chance of meeting the owner and his enthusiasm and passion is reflected within the menu. The lady who took my order was really kind and walked me through all of the ingredients, which I appreciate as I do have some food allergies.

Decided to swing by Eduble Chefs during my visit to the Miami area. The robust menu features classics like burgers, as well as some Asian inspired meals, drinks and coffees, side treats and desserts, all 100% plant-based!

We ordered the Doobie burgers, loaded fries, and pineapple ice. The ice was a nice sized treat before the meal great flavor without being too overpowering. When it comes to the burgers, they were very accommodating with toppings as well substituting the buns for lettuce wrap options. Best sandwiches we've experienced in the area, bar none! The portions for the burgers and fries were great, and everything was done to perfection. The patties had the right amount juiciness and tenderness with flavors to match. The fries are just what the name implies; loaded with your dressing of choice and compounded with cheeze and impossible meat, with other variants including additional toppings. Wow! Our meal was just excellent! This was the best veg burger that I ever had, every ingredient was top quality and so carefully prepared. It is that one burger that looks exactly like the picture with its perfect lettuce curves and soft bread- and tastes even better. Fries were crispy and flavorful and they come with house-made sauces. If you are in Miami you must try these burgers!
