I'd been anticipating trying 3 Chefs for weeks, but my recent experience unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. While the service was exceptional—the staff were incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive throughout my meal—the food was a major letdown. The Pad Thai was bland, with almost no flavor, and the chicken had a rubbery texture. It was also served with plain white rice (not jasmine or Thai rice), which was unexpected. I wasn't asked about my preferred spice level, nor was a spice tray offered. The crab rangoon filling was decent, but the overly greasy and oddly flavored breading (likely due to old oil) ruined the dish. Even the Thai tea was mediocre, tasting as if made with low-quality ingredients.
Adding to the list of negatives, they advertise free parking behind the building, but the lot is poorly lit and plastered with "park at your own risk" signs. No thanks—I opted to pay for street parking instead.
My disappointment was compounded by a forced 18% gratuity added to my bill. I attempted to explain that I was leaving a cash tip on the table, but the staff insisted the tip was already included. It took multiple requests to finally have it removed. As a solo diner, I find forced tipping unnecessary and frustrating, especially when it contradicts the purpose of traveling away and dining outside of areas known for such practices like South Beach. My meal, consisting of Chicken Pad Thai, Thai Tea, and six Crab Rangoon, cost $33.41. While the price itself wasn't unreasonable, the poor quality of the food and the additional parking cost made it feel overpriced. Overall, despite the wonderful service, the subpar food, the questionable parking situation, and the forced gratuity made for a very...

The food was disgusting i spent over $100 on uber eats and was extremely disappointed after a long day at work. My dumplings were black , not burnt ,but probably cooked in old grease. My chicken wings were BBQ (allegedly) I have no idea what flavor that was but it was absolutely not barbecue and it was extremely disgusting if this was your take on creating a barbecue flavor please stop and buy some from the store they gave me a quart of rice which was undercooked I ordered lo mein and the noodles were dry and flavorless most lo mein I've had in other places are extremely moist with whatever sauce that is this lo mein I received seemed like it was missing sauce the dish that tasted the best was the cheese wontons but every main course was just downright not good my experience was incredibly horrible because of this and I feel incredibly dumb for wasting a little over $100 I could have bought groceries with that if you are reading this and have not yet ordered save your money or find another place do not waste...
Read moreMy friend and I were in the neighborhood when he started craving pho. Although I was hesitant to try this restaurant due to the reviews, it was the most convenient option at the time. We both ordered the pho with steak and shrimp. Initially, I thought the broth and meat were decent. However, as the ingredients settled, the broth developed an odd aftertaste, and the noodles became gummy, which I didn’t enjoy. I barely made it halfway through the dish before giving up.
Still hungry, I decided to play it safe and order a pu pu platter featuring ribs, wings, crab rangoon, egg rolls, and dumplings. Overall, the platter was decent, though I noticed a strange aftertaste with the chicken wings as well.
The true highlight of the experience was our waitress, Roxanne, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the meal.
That said, I really hope Miami sees an increase in its Vietnamese and Asian fusion options because, unfortunately, this restaurant was not a good...
