La Picaña Grill - Biscayne — Restaurant in Miami

I overall would not visit this place again. The food was… mediocre at best, everything was extremely dry and the only wet plate (the bbq ribs) was actually super dry and stiff but it was extremely soaked in bbq sauce. it was inedible and super hard to bite on. the chicken and meat were easy to eat but were extremely dry and the chicken was almost green! There were no napkins just cloth but they would help clean anything because they didn’t suck up the sauce or anything. Our waitress was really nice but the tables were way too tiny for the plates i ordered. Alongside the atmosphere was pretty well devoted and everything looks organized but the tables. I would not recommend this because even after all this the prices were 20$ for a small rib and some fries. 40$ for the dry chicken steak and cheese and the salt shaker didn’t let any salt go through because it was clogged. Hosted a a group of 17 ppl (Bridal Shower). The server was amazing, communication was on point. The appetizers (tequenos and empanadas) hit the spot for everyone. By the time we got to the platters, as much as we dug in and enjoyed, we had food leftover. (Such good leftovers). They played latin romance ballads, which not sure if on purpose but fit the event so well. The place is gorgeous, we barely added theme decorations, and it still looked so nice.
