Hotline Korea and Boba — Restaurant in Miami

(Worth the long read!) I love buying my boba here! It is located inside an Asian mart and the customer service is always so wonderful and friendly. I recently went to purchase some boba for me and my young daughter since she never had her own boba before and wanted to try one for the first time. I paid for our boba and as always the man who attends us is very kind to me and my daughter. Unfortunately, as we went to go pay for other purchases from the Asian mart, my daughter dropped her boba drink before it was opened. However, the man from hotline boba saw this happen and ran to help me and my daughter. He gave my daughter a new boba and told me it was on the house. I offered to pay for the new boba but he declined. I will never forget his kindness especially seeing how sad my daughter was for dropping her boba. It was very wonderful to see someone care about their customers. I have always come here to buy my bobas since it opened, and I will continue to support this location. P.s all of their boba flavors...

lovely staff and amazing drinks. the girl taking care of us this evening was very friendly and always greets you with the biggest smile you have ever seen and the owner who is nice as well. my favorite place.. i decided to try another place yesterday down in Brickell and it doesnt come any where close to the quality of the drinks and the service you get here which is unmatched. thank you so much hotline boba staff

Being from NY, boba in Miami had left me very disappointed. I had actually given up having boba in Florida. We came across hotline boba by chance and I do really think the boba is top tier. I always get the taro frappe which is delicious. Have also tried matcha, masala chai (so good) Thai, and black tea boba. All are reasonable in price and excellent in taste. The staff is always very welcoming, patient, and willing to explain the menu/give recs. They are extremely professional which is rare for Miami customer service. They also will remake a drink if you’re not satisfied. I will continue to go back and enjoy the Asian mart as well. Hoping for more authentic Asian influences in Miami. Also, I just love that they have a hassle free parking lot! Highly recommend, worth the trip...
