This is a great place for puppy yoga! Although there was one puppy that was teething and acted a bit like a shark, it was still very enjoyable to be randomly surrounded by puppies. The staff was also very friendly and attentive as the puppies did have a few accidents, but overall the perfect combination of zen and mayhem!

My only wish is that the yoga mats were spaced a bit further apart or maybe only 4 per row, as some yoga poses would mean you’d have to put your arm in someone else’s space, which got awkward if it was a random stranger. There were also a few songs that were too loud to hear the instructor, but only like 2 or 3, so it wasn’t too bad.

I didn’t get to try the drinks they provided at the end as I was too focused on the puppies, but they did look great. And the timming of the class was perfect! They had 45 min of yoga and then 30 min of playtime. Would...

The dogs are cute but i do believe the experience is lacking for the price point of $70. My first thing is there really isn’t enough dogs , its about 5 puppies and around 14 ppl possibly less. Secondly, it’s listed that’s there’s a wellness cart with drinks , which there is but it’s not even half a cup full and you only get 1! Also no water provided which i feel 1 water bottle should atleast be included for $70. My last thing is all the workers were on their phone the whole time which I understand they are probably bored but it doesn’t really add to the experience at all. I feel if they were engaged it might add more to the overall vibe. You also need to pay for parking and the closest location on the site isn’t even the closet area to park in, so we did have to walk further than necessary. Puppy Yoga was such a unique and heartwarming experience! The yoga itself was relaxing, but the best part was having adorable, cuddly puppies roaming around the studio. They climb into your lap during stretches, curl up on your mat, and bring so much joy to the class. It’s the perfect mix of light exercise, smiles, and puppy love.
