Made in Italy Food Truck — Restaurant in Miami

Man i wanted to write a good review…still hoping to. Ordered an order of fries, hoping it will bump the rating,,,,but not going good so far. Taking longer than my wings did. Now i been here before, pizza eh. Burger eh. Wings-horrible. Now mind you, i ordered them with the sauce on the side…sometimes sauce sucks at places… Extra hard fried and dry. Tiny. Came back hoping it was just that batch…because they actually use “fresh” wings. Not frozen Wingdings from restaurant depot like everyone else in Miami. Specifically told the lady, do not hard fry them. Please. Last time they were small and dry. Well, 2 minutes later my wings are ready. Re-fried. Old wings flash fried to seem fresh. Dry. Had the sauce on the side, the sauce was good. Had the sweet chili. Also. The chicken wing shortage of 2021 is over…2 dollars a wing?!?!? So i ordered fries…Damn. No good. Picture on menu shows fresh cut fries. Nope. Not even good frozen ones. They are the “coated” fries. The standards in Miami are horrible. Smh. The picture is just to show the extra fried wings. Of course hidden by sauce they might be better.

In response to the owner, i didn’t see a mobile reply available:

1. no one is afraid. No one is “stabbing” you in the back. How about you make the food correct the first time. How about you don’t give a customer old flash fried wings. Two minutes. The wings were not made to order. Overpriced. Dry. Chicken wings made to order-takes a good 15 minutes. I didn’t even finish my cigarette before the woman yelled my name. Look at the picture-those wings-the meat fried off. Just admit it and fix it. I specifically told her do not over fry. I said it 4x. And you guys decide to serve re fried wings. Like i said-Why cant you serve the order correctly the first time.
2. expensive does not mean good. Your picture on your menu-shows fresh cut fries. You serve coated French fries similar to KFC/Burger King extra crispy fries…both places no longer serve them.
3. most of your clientele is drunk. The only time i see that place with people is late night. Not the greatest standard.
4. i would love to give a great review, but the standard and attitude that restaurants here have here in Miami is “f u”. Anyone that’s been to NY, CHI, LA-all know-Miami food is sub...

Ordered 1 burger (estimated time:20 min) (Real time 85minutes) Quality of the burger : worse than McDonald's.

Upon asking for time on my order after waiting 45 minute I was left with no reply and the employee laughingly told me "I will call you hehe" as I confronted and asked for a refund I was ignored and they started to work on my order paying 0 attention to me," they seemed so worried about me"NOT" waiting 85min with strong wind blowing, it was truly an other word experience!"(SARCASM)

P.S I also notice you guys criticize every review and shame your customer base, fortunately your business model would never survive anywhere out of the United States where it's normal charging people $15+ for a roadside piza made in an unsanitary Van.
