I went for a late night snack by the drive thru and I was met with terrible customer service. The female taking my order had given me a bit of attitude while I was saying my order. I was also given incorrect change, mind you my change was supposed to be 7 something and she gave me 4 cents instead. Even though I was there like I had to wait a bit for her to even acknowledge me because she had on a headset to speak to the people making an order and the other ear had an earbud connected to her phone with what I'm assuming was music. After handing me my food, she looked away and stepped away while saying good night.i could barely hear what She said. She gave off the impression that she does not care about customer service and that does not fly with me. I work in a retail chain that focuses on excellent customer service and it is a wonderful business model in my opinion. You would expect every establishment to enforce similar rules but no. Instead you get a night shift worker who can do whatever they want and speak however they please with you while facing no repercussion for their behavior. I made up my mind immediately to fill out the customer survey and voice my opinion there but after leaving the drive way I could not find the receipt. To take care of my Window Cleaning accounts, love Wendy's salads, so I came to the one located on 200 SW 8th Miami, it's Monday 6:45 pm, I want to eat a salad and they don't have lettuce for a salad, ( so that's what they say ) I requested any employee to make it for me...so no Caesar nor house salad... I'm hungry been working the whole day, Ok I will try a small chili and a chicken wrap... I asked are you gonna put some lettuce in my chicken wrap... They say yes .( So there is lettuce in the store ) none of the employees nor the manager are willing to make me a side house salad, but they have the ingredients... That is sad... I asked for a cup of water, and the girl/ cashier is handling money, so she prep my water... Her dirty hand from handling money goes in the ice compartment and scoops /serve me the cup of water,I say really.!!! And she is like if it nothings happens. (The other girl) server is serving drinks to customers scooping ice with their bare hands in the ice container... Just like the cashier. I talk to the manager, and she is oblivious of all what's happening in her unit... Very disappointed of this location, employees needs retrain and follow procedure, and the manager needs to pay more attention to what happens in this unit, and their inventory... The only reason I come to this Wendys is because it is close to my job. The service here is TERRIBLE. The workers are beyond rude and all have an attitude. The manager alone is a disgusting lady with dirt under her nails and poor attitude. Non of the workers here have ever treated me well and I am here often. They never greet you at the drive thru, they rudely just say to wait, never a thank you or bye. They get mad when you ask for something THEY forgot on your order. My orders are always missing something and I have to ask. The one time I actually went inside, it smelled like a mix of vomit and dirty mop.
