Philly's Craft Beer — Restaurant in Middletown Township

Nice selection of warm beer, fairly good selection of cold craft- bigger than a lot in the area, but man that doesn't mean you should act so careless... neither of the two people, which the one has been there for years as far as I can remember, would even look up from their phones when I entered the store. I said hello and got a half-baked response from one, with no attempt from the older one. I asked if they were doing food, and again without looking up, and not even saying hardly a word, shook their head no... o-okay.... then going up to pay after browsing and making a selection, not daring to ask any questions, I could hardly tell my transaction was complete when the ignorant man is just standing there holding my receipt without even LOOKING at me, let alone saying a word, or making any gesture that he's actually going to hand me the receipt, or ask if I want a bag or anything, not a thank you... nothing... so I start to grab my things and say thank you with again hardly any response and still no eye contact.... I was actually almost shocked, I didn't know what to say, but I've seen too many careless things around here lately to be entirely surprised that I'm writing this review right now. I just wanna make a shout out to Philly's Craft Beer. They handled my issue with extreme professionalism. I had bought a six pack that tasted off. Come to find the beer was expired. A few hour later, I brought the case of beer back with the bottle I took a few sips from. Along with my reciept from that day. The owner was extremely generous and understanding. He let me exchange my beer for a propper batch. They took care of me. I have come here for many years, this was the first time I had any issues. For how they handled the situation. This place has quite a large selection of craft beers; however, the IPAs aren't fresh and the prices are astronomical. Freshness is really just a function of how often the beer gets bought, and this store isn't really in an area that would likely have a large craft beer base. But the prices here are just insane, even considering current inflation.

A 4-pk of KBS was $34-35. Pre-pandemic, KBS was $10-12, and now it's up to $20 at other beer stores after inflation went up. But $35? That's straight robbery. I saw similar pricing for other beers, including $2-4 domestic singles and $4-8 low end craft singles. The only reasonably priced beer I could find was 120 minute at $12/bottle (normally $10 in most stores). I don't understand how this place...
