Swig — Restaurant in Midvale

Like the drinks... will go back... with that said.. I ordered online...not knowing that the Cottonwood Heights location was not online.. (but then again.. I'm a customer.. how would I know).. stopped by the new location where I placed my order.. only to find it wasn't there.. and funds were taken off my account.... I was told to call the Millcreek location..or Midvale one to find my drinks and pretzel bites.. with NO help from the employee's to locate said products.. with 2.. yes I said 2 calls to each location... I found out my order was sent to the Midvale address... was very disappointed with NO help from the employee's at the Cottonwood Heights location.. plus the other 2 location's for not taking the time to figure it out.. other than saying... "sorry..don't see the stuff here" the only way it was found... is after I told them it was an online order.. and the employee then looked at online orders... and said yes.. they have... but haven't made it yet.. that's why it wasn't found the first time... OMG... ..... I spent almost $20.. over a half hr talking to employee's... then another 20 minutes out of my way.. to get my drinks... was not happy.. reason for one star.. hopefully my next review will be better... make it right @swig ......

I would give a ZERO if I could. I was told they do not do walk up so I said I would ride my bicycle through the drive up and was told I had to be in a car. I was given a gift card and guess I will give it back as I don't want to go there again.

For the 2nd time I tried to make a purchase at this location and was denied service. I entered the parking lot from the North of the location driving through the parking lot to get in line. When it was my turn to place my order I was refused service because they said I cut in line. Just because I didn't enter from the South side and enter through the street doesn't mean I cut in line I waited my turn like everyone else I was refused service this location should have a negative 20 not...

I have had a gastric bypass so I used to love this place because I have a whole bunch of rules of what kind of drinks I can enjoy from time to time. I have to have sugar free and uncarbonated. When I really needed caffeine their blended reviver drinks were the best! However, they started complaining about blending sugar free drinks. So, now I only go for tropicana light lemonade as it is the only place I can find it. I have also had repeated problems at specific locations with never getting my order correct. I know it isn't correct because sugary drinks end up making me very sick. So I just have stopped going for anything that isn't lemonade at this point, but they used to be wonderful. They have just...
