While the food here tasted pretty good. The two staff members at the front of the store were quite rude with most of the customers. Unfortunately, this wasnāt the worst part of the visit my coworkers and I are allotted 30 minutes for lunch and while there were only 6 people ahead of us it took roughly 55 minutes to get their order when they were the first of us three to order. When we asked about the order instead of checking on its progress we were told āitās being worked onā or āwe prioritize online orders over dine inā and even better they told my coworker āthe reason we got our food first was because we ordered onlineā which they just made up. When I finished eating I stood up at the front to try and speak with one of them. while is was waiting I noticed a single dish being constantly ignored and not being bagged up which ended up being his order. We understand that each meal is made after itās ordered but there seemed to be no organization when it came to the meal window where the cooked food was passed from the kitchen to the serving area and then was to be bagged. But, I witnessed the gentleman in front of me (that also did not know protocol) wait a long time before he figured out it was self service. What blows me is that there was a lady at the counter that never greeted either of us and watched us stand there confused. We never even received a hello. I guess customer service is a lost art. She simple could have stated āuse the tap screenā. While sitting and waiting on my food I noticed another employee clock in. 5 minutes later 3 guest came in and were greeted by that gentleman and asked how can he be assisted. Several people came in after us, one customer ordered and ate his food before we got ours. We ordered 2 bowls, nothing extraordinary. A couple of door dash orders were completed while we were waiting but besides that, it was not busy. As I had plenty of time to sit and observe, I kept seeing the cook cut up the chicken into strips and then help himself to some before putting it in the bowls. Watched him do this 3 times. I finally went back up to the counter to let them know we had been waiting almost 30 mins and the girl behind the counter turns around and grabs our food, puts it in bags and never says anything about why it took so long or even attempts to apologize for the wait.
