This used to be my favorite place on Nicollet Mall. The food was good. The last two times I have been there and dined on the patio I had the same terrible experience. I don't think there were any customers inside. One waitress going crazy serving everyone on the patio. The hostess stood around watching without offering help..."not my job" TWO managers that I spoke to were never seen and clearly were not assisting nor managing. I will not be back. Also, they need to continue efforts to route buses off of Nicollet Mall if they want to have a decent outdoor dining experience at any of the...

Lunch menu was good at a fair price. Food was good. However, this is twice in 3 months that we have sat on the patio and had terrible service. Only one server who appeared to be inexperienced. The hostess, and at least two managers never came out to see how things were going or to assist. Then basically defended their ineffectiveness with "that's not my job." This used to be my favorite place....
