Sadly, I strongly warn others to avoid shopping online with Target unless you are fully willing to accept the loss of your purchase. Last month I purchased a Google Pixel 6 for my wife online at Target.com. The options for receiving my purchase were limited to either home shipping or shipping to a store that was very inconvenient, requiring a long drive. Sadly, there was no option for shipping insurance and obviously Target chooses the shipper. Their choice, FedEx brought the shipment directly to my front door and was immediately collected from the front porch upon arrival. Unfortunately all I received was an empty shipping box. The bottom of the box had been cut open, the contents of the phone box removed and then resealed with clear tape. Understandably, FedEx does not allow the recipient to file a claim for the loss because the receiver is not the client. Target performed an investigation, essentially checking the tracking to see that the package was received and called it a "successful" delivery. I guess as long as the shipping package arrives, it is successful in their opinion. Now comes the fun part. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and as such did not ask for financial compensation nor a replacement product. All I asked was that Target file a claim with FedEx on my behalf. Their response.....It was a "successful" delivery????? Really, an empty box is a successful delivery??? Time to consult an attorney. Please people, be very careful when making an online purchase with Target. Had this problem occurred with Amazon, T-Mobile or Walmart, at the very least someone would have conducted a real investigation. Buyer beware and purchase at your own risk with Target!!!

I want a refund and I want the items I ordered replaced. 1. The order was delayed. 2. The food items and the chemical were packed in the same box. 3. The items are all open and covered in chemical. 4. Two items were never delivered. 5. The chemical spilled out of the box making a mess on my stairs, table, hallway, and bathroom. I didn't realize the chemical was leaking from the box and when I finally realized it was spilling out of the box, I took the box to the bathroom to open it. 6. I have to spend my time on the phone, email, and internet to get this issue resolved as requested. "Guest trust is critical to our success — trust in our products, our services and our actions. And this trust, built up over decades of ethical practice, can either be enhanced or eroded by the decisions we make each day," Brian Cornell. Target failed to uphold these standards. Due to that failure, I'm left cleaning up a chemical mess, spending my time with Target customer service, and I have to continue to wait for the items I ordered. I want a refund and I want the items I ordered replaced.

My local store has become a trash bin since this new manager has taken over . The last two time I went in it was a hot mess . The front of a store shouldn’t be a trash can upon walking in. The target in Union is low in staff and very nasty .

I placed an approximately $300 Target order to be shipped as it was Black Friday weekend and items were limited at nearby Targets--but available to be shipped. HA! They are inept in more than 1 way in their ability to ship/deliver, not run like Amazon at all. First a 2 ft long box, by 17" wide, by 14" high box arrived in perfect shape, a tribute to UPS. I opened it, now mind you every one of at least 19 items, including heavy foodstuffs, mixed with delicate foodstuffs, clothing items, heavy art supply gifts, were bouncing around inside the box unprotected, unwrapped, unseparated from one another, no bubble wrap, no crinkled up heavy brown paper like Amazon, just smashing into each other every time I moved the box. And I was missing 5 items. Called customer service, she kept telling me I didn't order what was missing, I know what I ordered. I worked for hours on deciding that order. She pounced on one item insisting I did not order it, til the truth came out, Unavailable now. Well it was sure available when I placed the order. Amazon let's you know when quantities are limited to the point of indicating the exact number left. I told her I did not like being called a liar. I know what I ordered, the entire order was gifts. I said I chose delivery because they were available instead of driving to Target where they were limited. Nope, you can't trust what you ordered will arrive from Target. Yet they had my $50 for 3 art kits missing, and per the rep, there has been "no movement" of them, so she reordered them for me. What a disgrace! You get no courtesy of a notice. If somebody is allowed to THROW 19 items in a box twice the size of what was needed, without protecting the contents, you know they were not about to let you know you weren't getting your entire order. To Target, if you can't be relied on to deliver black friday merchandise which are gifts for loved ones 99% of the time, maybe you should file bankruptcy and get out of retail. If you can't instruct you employees to pack a box with the goal of protecting the merchandise, fire them or stop offering to deliver. Amazon is grade A top quality packing and delivery, I reuse their brown paper and little air bags that protected my goods. See I care about what I spent hard-earned money on. Target doesn't give a damn if your stuff arrives in good shape or if you get what you ordered. Basically figure out on your own why items are missing. Lose an hour of your life on a saturday night arguing with a customer service rep over missing gifts. She offered to re-order the 3 art kits without charging me (however they've already HAD my $50 for 10 days for the 3 "NO MOVEMENT" kits!! I would have freaked out if she tried to charge me again.). Guess what she said she was allowed to offer me-- $10 giftcard. Can you imagine? Let's remember how high Target's prices are now, this is not a discount store, they've turned themselves into a high echelon chain. They need to act the part. I'd sure love to see the merch-throwing employee dumped, but if they're told not to worry about packing a customer's box well, that wouldn't fix anything. Half that box was empty, air, so items were smacking against 3 sides throughout the whole trip I wonder if the 2 heavy cookie kits are only crumbs now...I'm thankful the box was properly handled by UPS. They...

Not sure where to begin. My experience started almost a month ago. Received my order with almost everything in it except for two items and an extra one I did not order. Spoke to a represitive of Target and was told that the two missing items where on their way and the extra item could be kept or donated. I donated the item , they were shoes that did not fit . I thought the whole donating the item was such an cool and humble thing for Target to do. Waited about a week and no items showed. Again , I called and spoke to a Target represtive and was given replacement items and told they were on their way . A few days past, recived a package with one item and the other missing. Again , I called and spoke with a Target represitive . They wanted to refund the money and then purchase the product again because there protocol is that you as a buyer can only be given a replacement item once. Needless to say, I did not want to go that route . I just wanted my item that I had already purchased, sent to me. I had already been told on on three separate occasions , starting with the email from Target , that my item was on its way. Now why would I want to put my faith in a company again , doing the exact same thing I did to start with and never received my item. I know things happen and I can deal with that but 3 times . When a person or company say they are going to do something , it needs to be done . Your word is your bond. Now I feel like it's been turned around on me and I have to wait 24-48 hours to speak with someone else . Also told that if I plan to still get this product it might not be here by Christmas . This item is for my 9 year old son Christmas. Let me also add that the one item I did receive can not be used without the item I am missing . So now I get to deal with this situation again in 24-48, which I was told it would be Monday after 6 . This time frame will be right when I get off work , while I am trying to get home , make dinner, give baths to my kiddos , go over homework , pack lunches , read books and put my children to bed ... oh and try to spend some one on one time with my husband . I personally think customer services is non existent nowadays. There are some exceptions , like Publix, amazing customer service. I work in a career where when I tell a person I am doing something , I do it!! I have lost faith in Target and not sure if I will ever visit another store because of everything I have delt with. I know , I know , I am just an average middle class human being and me alone will have no effect on a billion dollar corporation . But I do work one on one with multiple people 5 days week and I will be sharing my experience . This has been a learning experience for me and hopefully when I do get to speak with someone on Monday this issue can get resolved. There is a reason for such low...

Worst experience ever I went in earlier to do a grocery shop and I've also bought a new pair of shorts I paid for cash for the shorts and EBT for the food I rode home on my bicycle and check the bag found the receipt for the food and not the shorts I tried the shorts on they did not fit at all within the hour that I purchased the shorts I went back to the Target to try to exchange them and decided I didn't like them very much anyway and would ask for cash the manager informed me that without the receipt that possibly his employee did not give me that I couldn't exchange get my money back or do anything with their shorts besides basically take them home I was a little upset to say the least I mean what am I supposed to do with these things they don't fit you won't give me money bag he won't exchange them so basically I threw away $23 today in the trash and I'm supposed to be happy about it the manager will just give me a very nonchalant look on his face like he could care less about his customers when I called the HR department or relations as they call it customer relations they told me basically the same thing that they would give me the lowest price that they sold those shorts for back on a card that I could use only at Target and then I could not get any money back that I could actually return the shorts at the store for a larger size and that the manager of wrong for telling me that at this point I don't want the shorts I don't want a larger size I don't want to deal with this manager nor the store ever again or this Corporation if this is how they treat their customers this is the worst form of business that I've seen in the year that I've been alive 31 to be exact I've worked in grocery stores before myself in retail and know that this is not a practice that is common this is human decency and doing business with with the people that you are supposed to be working for the customer if your cell that distrusting of your customers and look at the camera and watch me hand the woman money out of my pocket out of my wallet and then see what happened to the receipt that should be proof enough shame on you target you guys...
