Just TERRIBLE! First off, the restaurant was dirty, and there's definitely a sense of laziness as soon as I hit the door, so I should have known it was about to be a horrible experience, but , wanting some Chipotle, I proceeded anyway. When I first gave my order, the young lady was not a pleasant server, but I take it that perhaps she's been standing/working all day without a break. She proceeded to prepare my burrito, at which point I noticed the smoked brisket was nearly empty as she began to scrape the pan, so i asked if she could get a fresh batch, at which point she relayed to me that they didn't have anymore to prepare, so I ask for the next thing close to it which was the beef barcuoe or whatever. She proceeded to prepare my burrito with such frustration that I wanted to cancel the order altogether, but by this time, we were toppings away from checking out. I asked for my cheese on the side, and now I'm at the register. I tell them my order, at which point the young lady that prepared my food yells out, "She got smoked brisket and barc!". I notified the cashier that I've barcaue beef and that half of the spoon of smoked brisket was replaced with barc beef. I asked for the manager, and to my surprise, the manager stood right before me as all of the confusion was transpiring. I communicated to the manager the issue, and she explained to me that they typically don't operate in a way of customer satisfaction, but she'll do it for me "this time" over it, I just wanted my order so that I can return to work. When I got my order, I noticed that the side of the cheese I requested was not in the bag, so I reminded them of it, at which point I was told they were also out of cheese. I told them I could wait for the refill, at which point I was told they were completely out of cheese for the day. I asked them what time is closing, and I was told 10 pm. Appalled, at the time being 5 pm I just they'd have more cheese before closing, I mean given the fact that Chipotle has an array of customers coming in & out daily 😳😳😳 I looked in the serving pan only to see at leat 3 huge serving spoonfuls of cheese. At this point, I was perplexed and disappointed. I responded and said, "There's still some cheese left here" (pointing). I'll take that. With much attitude and anger, the server put some cheese in a carryout tube and passed it to me. I had to ask for my receipt. By the way, I wanted it just so I can give a review of the awful service and the uncleanness of the restaurant. Read moreWe were in town for a sports tournament. This was over St. Patty's day weekend 2023. This location is simply understaffed and either doesn't have proper leadership on site or does no know how to prioritize orders. We ordered a larger order between several families on the app at 8:45 PM. The estimated time to be ready was 9:20 PM. A couple of us headed out to pick up food for the group. When we arrived, There was a rather long line of people there to pick up on line orders. Time continued to go by and no sign of our orders being made. All the while, as people walked in, they got the food. This began to get frustrating and several people began to start asking where was their food. At one point, I heard one of the workers say they are out of steak, which is what I ordered. I asked about it and was told I'll get barbacoa, (I do not like barbacoa!). Finally they locked the doors at 10:00 which was closing time and started turning away people. They also turned away people that had already ordered food and paid for it! I could continue to rant but it's not worth it. The attached photo was taken at 9:59 and the line is of people that ordered online. Everyone would literally cheer when they heard they were getting their food. Corporate needs to either do better training or they need to pay better wages to get more employees. We did finally get our food, although much of it was made with whatever they had on hand and not what was ordered at 10:20 PM. Some of those people in line did not. I'd suggest when online orders become too much, stop taking walk in orders, that is what our local Chipolte does and at least people can get what they ordered. Read moreEDIT November 2023: I wanted to give this location a chance to see if anything have improved. It has not. They got every single item in my order wrong. Hard taco shells turned into soft shells sure whatever, still can't eat those. The burrito was TINY and the size of a fist, even with 'double protein'. Ordered chips and queso and they only gave me the queso lol!

~a year ago: I don't ever write reviews, but my experience with this location is absolutely abysmal. NEVER order delivery- I warned you.
I have ordered delivery from this place plenty of times and legit 100% of the time they get my order wrong. Nothing too complicated, just crunchy chicken tacos with extra cheese/sour cream. Every time they incorrectly give me soft tacos, I can't even eat because they make me sick so my whole meal is just useless. Now I'm not sure if they can, but they don't even contact me to tell me they are out of something or to reimburse me.
They have never given me extra cheese/sour cream and any time they actually do give me my toppings at all, they sprinkle an amount equal to a teaspoon of each on. Sometimes I order early so there's no chance of ingredients being out of stock either, unless they were out of stock to begin with?
They also barely give you any more chips when you order large chips, the chips are always stale (even ordering near opening time, so maybe they are giving stale chips from the night before?) and their burritos have seemingly gotten smaller.
This goes without saying but do not order delivery from this place unless you want to waste money on a wrong order. After checking some of the reviews, it seems like this specific location has poor management because I've never had any other locations' orders be this terrible. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this...
