I get food from Green + the Grain all the time. I usually go to the store in the Forum 900 building, but that one is closed on Fridays, so today I went to the one in the Baker Center. I preordered my salad online and didn't arrive until the time it said it would be ready. The store was overwhelmed. They were so incredibly busy. It looked like they were preparing a large order for a group. This wouldn't have been an issue. I waited until my order was ready. When I got back to my office to eat, the salad hadn't been mixed up. The salad is chopped perfectly, it is uniformly coated with the dressing and very well balanced flavor too. I eventually got to a point where I felt satisfied, yet kept eating. AND THIS WAS THE SMALL SALAD!... I could have fed the entire nation with the large one I think! :). This place has won a second visit from me even by myself... I might have been converted into a salad eater......
