I only like this Roti because they serve Roti food (lol). But their customer service is piss poor. I went about 15 minutes ago after lunch rush (around 1:30pm) with only a few people in line. They literally threw my stuff, along with the few people before me, in the bowl all on top of each other. Now, I go to Roti often. I’m a rewards member and fill up the rings pretty quickly. But after today, I’ll probably hit Chipotle or NafNaf for lunch and hit other Roti locations when I’m not downtown. The attitudes of the people working the line are as if it’s a chore to put what you ask for in the bowl. And they take no pride in making the bowl like they do at other locations...as you can see in the pictures. Food quality is good, but for $10 a bowl, the customer service could be much better. $7 at Chipotle or $10 at NafNaf is a better spend IMO.

I was very disrespected by the supposedly shift lead at the store. I came in as I was waiting for a meeting I told him I was the head of the meeting for my company and I asked to use the bathroom and he said it was for customers only and I said oh I am a customer we're having a meeting here. In which he still did not let me use the restroom. An still didnt let me use the bathroom and then I requested the store managers number and it took me 3 times of asking before he gave it to me. Mind you I have 2 meetings a week at thar mall and try to support every business. But here never again. With 9-12 people in my meeting wait to take roughly a $200 loss and $50 dollar tip.

Looking for tasty, healthy, and fresh? This is the spot. Your choices of all their make-a-bowl/wrap/salad are tasty and include caloric detail so you can build a low calorie salad or giant bowl. The flavors are great to someone who knows a thing or two about international spices and it can be a good place to take someone less adventurous to become a bit more so. The chicken kebab was cooked and seasoned well and not greasy. The price is on the higher end of $10/person, but this is downtown so it's not a surprise.

I just tried to buy lunch for a man I met outside of the building and could not believe how we were treated as we went through the line to order food. The employees behind the counter quickly, loudly, and rudely tried to push the man through ordering as he was looking at the food options. At one point an employee physically moved to slap his hand away when he reached to point at what he wanted. Later, when he pointed through the glass, a GROUP of employees gathered and all at once were telling him that they couldn't tell what he was pointing at. By the time we got to the end of the line, the man was telling me he wanted to leave. From start to finish, this was an awful experience.

Afterwards, I called to talk to the manager who assured me that she would speak with the employees individually about how customers...

I loved coming here when they first opened! I stay away from the meat however because it's really chewy and I personally don't like the chicken or falafel at all. I liked how all the ingredients you can add are fresh, the cous cous is really good! I do wish they'd be mindful to leave the cilantro stems out of the tomato/cucumber mix because I always have to pick a bunch out. I stopped coming as often because I think this location lacks consistency with their staffing and customer service. There are only a few employees that I feel know what they're doing, and the others always seem to be all over the place. I've had a couple of staff members get into arguments in front of me which I just found inappropriate and not professional. If it happened once, I'd get it. However it's been...
