This review is directed at the company more than the location. Customer beware, do not enter Gift Cards in the mobile app. I entered the gift card in the app and used it the first time with no issue. Since it worked I thru away the gift card thinking it was entered in the app. Every time since I just get an error when trying to use it. There is $24.65 remaining on the card that I can get to. I called the company and was told first, if your order is over the amount on the gift card it won't allow it because they don't have the ability to split the payment. BETWEEN THEIR OWN GIFT CARD AND ANOTHER FORM OF PAYMENT?! Would have been nice to know before I entered the gift card in the app. However, my orders have all been under this amount and I still get the error. Their response, there is nothing we can do without an order number or the card number. Of course their system is not showing the old order when the card was first used. Read moreI ordered an unwich online, which was my first time ever ordering from Jimmie John's. I did not know that an unwich meant a lettuce wrap. NO where on the website does it states that the unwich is a wrap. If you google unwich(which I didn't until after a picked up my order) he states that it's a breadless sandwich CREATED by Jimmy John's. Once again, if I have not ever ordered from Jimmy John's, how would I have known that it was a lettuce wrap! I went to pick-up my order from the store and I told the guy that made my "unwich", that I had ordered a sandwich. He pointed to the receipt and stated to me that it says here that you wanted lettuce. I ordered the #12 Beach Club "unwich" add onion, add lettuce and add sprouts(which they were out of). The guy was very unprofessional; he should had at least asked me if I wanted a sandwich instead... not pointing to the receipt and saying that I asked for lettuce. Read moreIt's so funny someone mentioned the owner just sitting in the corner, barking orders. It's 100% accurate. I walked out yesterday as the owner was berating what appeared to be a new staff member who didn't know how to work the register. Instead of getting up and helping the kid, who was the only employee in the store, he just sat there and was rude to him.
The service has gone down hill with this new owner. Seeing that yesterday was the last straw for us. Beyond this, the delivery prices went from .75 to $3. I've had several deliveries take forever or cancel completely after waiting an hour. This was never like this before this owner took over.
