Just ordered lunch at Arby’s. I ordered a a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich, removed the tomato and honey mustard from the sandwich. Went inside to pick up my Togo order and decided to check my sandwich before I left due to being very picky and wanting to have the correct sandwich. There was unfortunately honey mustard and tomato’s on the sandwich. I kindly let the staff know that I needed my sandwich to be remade. I believe Tina is what she said her name was, looked at me and proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that I did not order my sandwich that way. I kindly pulled up my Togo order and showed the employee working the counter that I did in fact order the sandwich with no tomato and no honey mustard, he confirmed and was happy to remake and Tina then proceeded to argue until she walked up and also looked at the order I had displayed on my phone. Tina then took the sandwich and with a very rude attitude asked that it be remade. I again checked this remake and there was no tomato, but again honey mustard was on the sandwich and now they had taken my bacon off as well. I gave the sandwich back and this time asked for a refund which really sucks considering I’m 7 months pregnant and was really looking forward to this lunch lol. Tina proceeded to argue with me again what was wrong with the sandwich and the only argument she had was that “the order was not displayed that way on their pos screen” despite that being exactly the way that I ordered it. I asked again that I get a refund because I was not going to allow them a third chance to mess my sandwich up and only have a 30 min lunch break so I was already going to be rushing back to work. I asked that she be able to provide me a receipt or something because this food was almost $12 and she made it seem as though this was not her problem. Provided me a handwritten receipt that she for some reason put my last name on, the date, and that the refund was needed.. you would think this is information she would be gathering for herself to be able to actually provide me the refund. I have never had such awful service from an Arby’s and I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. There was another employee working the window, his name is Jeff and he was standing there mocking me and making fun of the situation the entire time, not even trying to offer to remake the sandwich correctly himself or any of that. The gentleman working the register was at least nice enough to apologize even though he wasn’t even at fault. Read moreI don't know what has changed at the Main street Arby's in mishawaka, but the last two times have been ridiculous. This last time, all I ordered was a jalapeño roast beef slider, which was cold by the time I got home 5 minutes away. That's never happened before which makes me believe it was sitting cold waiting to be purchased or the meat isn't heated enough which worries me.
And I ordered mozzarella sticks, which were also cold once I got home. Plus they forgot the marinera sauce AGAIN even though I pointedly asked for the sauce and even asked if it was in the bag and he said yes. It wasn't. I had to microwave all my food when I got home 5 minutes later.
And don't get me started on the "shake". It was so light feeling and thin, it made me wonder if they put mostly whip cream and no "shake" in the cup. What a waste of money. We are done with this Arby's. They used to be the best Arby's around. Again, I don't know what changed in the last 6 months, but we are so disappointed. Your person in charge needs more training or needs to watch more closely on the health code rules for keeping food...
Read moreVery terrible experience! My friends and I drove there today to buy food. We had coupons and told them when we placed the order. However, when we came to the window and were asked to pay, the guy forgot to apply the coupons and swiped my friends card without using the coupons. So we asked them to help us fix it. Then their manager (we guess she’s the manager) came out and refused to fix it because it’s already cashed out and asked us to drive away. Her attitude was very bad, and even threatened us that she would call the police if we didn’t leave! We were very angry but could do nothing but leave. The good thing is my friend called Arby’s care service later and complained to them, and the agent was friendly and promised to fix it and also reported our complaint to their leadership team.
