We've eaten A LOT of street tacos all over the world and these were hands down the BEST! The meat was juicy and seasoned perfectly, the toppings were fresh, the salsa was on point. Ordered 1 of each kind and immediately went back to order another plate. The flavors were phenomenal! My mouth is literally watering as I type this. The employees were so kind and even gave our toddler a cup of fresh pineapple (his favorite lol) for free! Highly recommend these guys over any other taco truck/mexican restaurant in own for sure 👌

Delicious tacos!!! A hidden gem, this food truck serves yummy brisket and ribeye tacos. The chicken and pork tacos were also good, but if you’re limited in choice, go for the brisket and ribeye. Skip the churro dessert though - it was frozen and not heated up enough, and didn’t live up to expectations. PARKING: Street parking OUTDOOR DINING only: Two tables set up outside the truck. There is also live music the night we were there, right next to the food truck

Delicious! I got the brisket and ribeye tacos. And my husband got the Al pastor burrito. Prices were reasonable. For 3 tacos and a burrito I paid $25. The tacos were so juicy and DELICIOUS. They had a ton of meat. And the green salsa was sooooo good. I’ll definitely be frequenting this place. It is restaurant style, so you pay after you eat. So if you want more, you can get more!

Junior and his team at El Loco absolutely crushed it at our wedding welcome reception! From the very beginning, they were a joy to work with—not only were they professional and responsive, but they also worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to make sure every detail was taken care of. That coordination took a huge weight off our shoulders and made the planning process feel effortless.

On the day of the event, they went above and beyond. The spread they created for our 100 guests was gorgeous—thoughtfully presented, perfectly timed with the flow, and set up in a way that made everything run smoothly. You could really see the benefit of how well they worked hand-in-hand with our planner to bring the vision to life.

And the food…wow. The tacos were next-level—juicy, flavorful, and full of fresh ingredients that guests couldn’t stop talking about. The salsas, the perfectly cooked meats, the bold flavors—it was a true crowd-pleaser and became one of the highlights of the evening.

Beyond the incredible food, Junior and his crew brought such great energy. Their teamwork with our wedding planner made the whole event feel effortless, polished, and so much more enjoyable for everyone.

Our welcome reception would not have been the same without El Loco. They didn’t just serve food—they created an experience that set the perfect tone for our wedding weekend. We are beyond grateful to Junior and his team for delivering both outstanding food and amazing hospitality.

If you want a vendor who not only makes incredible food but also collaborates seamlessly with your planner to bring your vision to life, look no further. El Loco is the way to go. 10/10,...

I hired El Local to have appetizers, tacos, sides and dessert at my wedding in Moab a week and a half ago.

I cannot say more positive things about Junior and his team. From the getgo, he is so friendly and responsive and I immediately felt so comfortable and excited to have him at our wedding. During the wedding my guests absolutely raved about the food, some still talking about it weeks later as some of the best tacos they've ever had. My husband and I made the classic mistake of forgetting to eat and focusing on the party, entirely our fault and the next few days I was so bummed I didn't get to try the food. I texted Junior to thank him profusely and tell him I had wished I got to meet him and we were sad we didn't get to try the tacos. He immediately invited us out to his place in Moab and put together an entire array of food to try, churros included, totally on him. We were so blown away by this genorosity and absolutely loved meeting him so much. Do not hesitate, what a great decision it was to have El Local at...

There are plenty of restaurants and food trucks in Moab and the majority are worth a visit. However, during my 7 day stay in Moab there was only one place I visited 6 times.

It wasn't just me being biased on a single restaurant, we were on a family trip with 9+ people and most of that group came with me every day. There isn't a single miss on the menu and you can find something for everyone.

The owner was one of the most fanatic restaurant owners I've ever met and puts so much passion into each fish he makes. He understands what each and every person is looking for and caters their dish to their needs.

Living outside of the food truck park, El Local gives you the luxury of walking another 1/5 mile down the road to take in the awe inspiring views of Moab and their tacos do laps around everything you can find for lunch in Moab.

I hope you enjoy them as much as my family and I did, and I can't wait to go back to Moab of r a few...
