Tacos y birria mi preferida — Restaurant in Moab

I ordered a chicken burrito and chicken mulitas. The burrito was simple (chicken, rice beans) despite the picture showing more ingredients. They didn't have the necessary ingredients for the mulitas either. Instead, they gave me a couple tacos and hoped I wouldn't notice. Instead of saying "sorry, we can't make mulitas right now" (which cost $10) they said nothing and gave me two tacos (which cost $6 for 2). La Preferida, is a small out of the way taco truck next door to a industrial fabrication building. While it is off the main strip it should not be missed if your looking for Mexican food in Moab. Each dish is made to order and it won't be sitting underneath any sort of heat lamp. Instead it pops out of the window into your waiting arms where you can take it to go or enjoy it on their outdoor tables. This is great food. We hired them for a wedding rehearsal dinner, they arrived early, were very friendly and professional, had a great setup to cater the event, and provided a ton of great food.
