Burger King — Restaurant in Mobile

First time I ate at a Burger King in about 10 years. No reason about them. I just never go to any fast food place like that. But on Government St in Mobile, it was the only food place that I saw and decided to stop to find out how to get out of Mobile using my cell phone map and back to Baldwin County. You would think someone would have placed a sign at the Government Street, Tunnel exit on the Bay Way that the Bankhead tunnel is closed all week. I had to go over that huge bridge that I usually admire from afar and find my way back to Government Street.

I ordered a burger and the burger was good, the fries great, but the fried cheese tastless. They need to take the fried cheese off the menu. The burger did not have raw onions which was great. I forgot to say, "no raw onions, please".

It seems no one wants to give "military discounts" anymore. Arby in Robertsdale quit giving military discounts. The Foley Coffee Shop do not give military discounts. The new people in Arby, in Robertsdale say there is no military base near here. Well, there are many retired military personnel here.

Home Depot in Foley does not give military discounts, but Lowes in Foley is the one place that still give military discount benefits. Sometimes it is limited but better than nothing.

This place has apparently changed employees and they are horrible. The tall girl and red head are rude. 2 different times of bad experiences. First one they told me they don’t do drive thru mobile order and that I have to come in, and then when I tell them that’s not true they say I don’t know what to tell you. Then proceed to tell me they “can’t find my order” then after saying the name to them in the store for the 5th time and getting upset they eventually “find it”. Tonight I go back again and they make me pull up for my order and come out and said it’s all in there. The bag has the seal broke. Go in there and tell them my chicken sandwich is missing and it’s sitting out there in the open the whole time, a man who is more nice than they were grabs it looks here direction and says “see” These women who have been working there have just lost my business at that store until they change staff. Which is infuriating because that’s our local go to place. I just want to know where is the manager when all this is going on? This is the Government St one right beside...

Worst B.K. Anywhere.

Took over 20 minutes to get my order and 5 of those minutes was because the window and inside employees REFUSE to work as a team. I literally watched the window employee put my order down in the ready tray instead giving it to me knowing full well it was mine because we just discussed it was my order. Instead, she puts it down so that her co-worker who was busy taking and order from another customer could do it because (as she clearly stated) it was the other employee's task to run the register and give people their orders inside the restaurant. They were both also just bickering beforehand and several other customers and I noticed and commented to each other how horrible this restaurant is managed since the supervisor, who was managing sandwiches, barely noticed nor took any corrective actions with the employees.

Then, when I open my sandwich there's something wrong with the bun (see attached photo).
