Refused to serve ice cream to me for absolutely no reason other than saying they stopped serving for the day even though they were not closing for another hour - but he served ice cream to the folks that arrived after me. I Was extremely polite even after being told they weren’t going to serve me. I had explained gently I had been waiting to order before those other folks arrived - he was still scooping the other groups ice cream when my friend asked me the flavor I was going to get - the gentlemen became very hostile to the point of aggressively dismissing / raiding his voice at me. but I never said a word veering from polite dialogue even after that..my friend with me was of asian descent - and though you never want to accuse anyone of bias without knowing exactly the case / it felt that it was a factor in his arbitrary cruelty. Good selection of candies and chocolate, mostly fresh for a better price than the fancy chocolate box in the stores/online. Not sure everything is done in house though. Staff needs to be more helpful and friendlier. They also need to do a better job packaging for especial occasions (need more variety). When weighting my items, the guy blocked my view to the scale so it was hard to know I was not being cheated. Scale should be located in a place where the customer can clearly see it. Lastly, why are these places now making you sign these electronic registers that ask for tip when they are just selling you something? Nothing different than going to your local store and buy groceries; you don't tip at Walmart or...

This was an amazing experience, the robin eggs are delicious. I plan on going there again during spring break. I got so many pieces of candy, it looked so good! I have a sweet tooth… I had to beg to get another robin egg from my grandpa. If you have a kid who loves candy, make sure to give them this experience of a lifetime.
