McAlister's Deli is a fast-casual restaurant chain that serves up classic deli sandwiches, salads, and soups. The Mooresville location is located in the Riverwalk Shopping Center, and it's a great spot for a quick lunch or dinner.
The food at McAlister's is consistently good. The sandwiches are made with fresh bread and high-quality meats and cheeses, and the salads are generous and flavorful. The soups are also good, and I especially like the Chicken Tortilla Soup.
The service at McAlister's is friendly and efficient. The staff is always happy to help you choose a sandwich or salad, and they're quick to bring your food out to your table.
The atmosphere at McAlister's is casual and relaxed. The dining room is clean and well-maintained, and there's a small patio area outside if you want to eat al fresco.
Overall, I would give McAlister's Deli in Mooresville a 4-star rating. The food is good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal.

Read moreIf I could give less stars I would. This was my second visit to this location. My first visit was bad but I thought I would give it a second try because I have had good experiences with Mcalisters at other locations. The wait time was extremely long, the staff seemed very unknowledgeable and had no sense of urgency during my first visit. It was so bad that a couple sitting at a table got up and requested their money back due to waiting too long. My second visit was on Thursday September 2. There was one person at the register, two tables were occupied and someone in the back. There was also a worker on break. We ordered our food and waited over 20 minutes to get it. I could understand if the place was packed or busy but it was not. It was 3pm and was not busy at all. The food was sitting in the window for a while to the point where I got up to get it and the lady at the register said it is ready i will bring it to you and she still took another 7 minutes to bring it. Very disappointed with this location. Mcalister's is a great restaurant but this location needs new management and new team members before they loose business and have to close completely. I do not see it remaining open at...
Read moreJust came from eating here and won't be back at this Mcalister's. I would rather drive to the one in Concord ! Worst customer service from the red hair girl. She didn't even greet me when I was the only one in line, I had to go up to the register. My daughter's toastie sandwich was really dry and only had the ham in it. My daughter said she didn't like the sandwich, her cookie was hard and the lemonade was water down. I can make better sandwiches and cookies myself at home. I ended up ordering my daughter a side of mac & cheese so she can eat and didn't even bring a spoon, I asked the red hair girl for a spoon , then she went to someone else's table and forgot to bring my spoon. Then I also heard the blonde older lady who I think iis the manager yelling at the workers about an order. It just seems to be unorganized there and that red hair girl looks like she's on drugs. They need better employees who actually want to work, have better customer service and that can cook ! The food was also overpriced for what it tasted like. If they can't even make a good sandwich...
