Starbucks — Restaurant in Mooresville

So disgusted with this location today! The Caucasian red head lady who I’m going to assume is a manager insulted me today and was extremely unprofessional! They made my drink wrong today again (this would be the second time this week) as you can SEE I get this drink a lot ! And this is just a few of my receipts. I usually never have to get remakes because they make it so wonderful! But NOT this week. I CALLED and let them know it tasted like water. SHE said she’ll remake it in advance and to come to the window! Not ONCE did she say “bring the old one back” then we can remake!! Because I would have with NO issue! No biggie. I just want a tasty remake NOT a refund! Or anything free! It taste like WATER. Why would I want to keep it?! I get to the window she hands me the drink (it was still incorrect) but who wants a third remake? So I just let it go. And then she rudely says “you need to give me the old one back”…as soon as I’m picking the old one back up . She says “you can’t just be getting two free drinks” EXCUSE ME? Like what is wrong with you? YALL made my drink wrong, I drive back, I’m NICE about it, I even was about to hand you the old one back. And that’s what I GET as a customer? Not even my apologies? Do you want to try it to make sure it’s right? But you immediately stereotype me as wanting a “free drink”. Just WOW! THIS LOCATION REVIEWS HAVE GOTTEN LOWER AND LOWER. And after tonight, I see why. No way Starbucks is aware of what’s going on at this location. I’ve been a regular far too long! They mess up ONE week and now I just want free drinks?? What a JOKE!!! And she had the audacity to make up lies to get me not to return. I’m going to make sure I complain as much as I can because this was NOT okay. AND FYI. You see these receipts!! Does it look like I get free drinks??? NO! I PAY! Just like everyone ELSE! Same drink! Same...

I wish I would've captured the pic but I was already upset. We're fairly new to the area and this is our third time at this restaurant (it's the closet Starbucks to us) Each time they can never tell us about allergens (I'm highly allergic to nuts) they just tell me check the app which I do but some items can be confusing which is why I seek guidance from the barista. This last time I pull out our sandwiches from the bag and a metal device falls out the bag. I have no idea where it came from it looked like a rod it was cold and had hair on. I was disgusted so my husband went in, between that and the way they do not have answers to anything we will not be returning. The lady had an attitude and admitted it was from a "sticker box" and didn't want to remake the food. I then went inside and spoke to the young lady Bella...she stated she wasn't concerned as it didn't touch the food. I told her that not only is that a concern thats a health hazard that the rod was in a bag with food. She said yea but it didn't touch the food it fell out the bag. I said ma'am that is a liability concern and you're putting customers at risk. I'm highly disappointed and will be reporting this to the respective officials not only in the county but...

I would hate to be a co-worker in this establishment. First of all this place is always a huge hit or miss and now I know why. I (like most people) love me my Starbucks, and love mobile ordering. I can place my order en route and 5 minutes later it's ready when I pull through the drive thru. Today, was one of those HUGE MISSES! I get there and after 5 minutes parked in the drive thru, i get out of line and figure I'll just pick up my drink inside. I go inside and it's not even made yet! This was 10 minutes after i placed the order. I say "ok, no problem " and go have a seat.

HERE IS WHERE YOUR 1 STAR COMES IN As ive been sitting here waiting on them to make my drink I watch the staff. No one is working together as a team. Everyone is doing their own thing. And it's clear by the body language of many that they're excluding a fellow worker who could really use encouragement and support, instead of the silent treatment! This place reminds me of middle school and I loathe petty people. Encourage and lift each other up!! Shame on ANYONE who makes another feel unequal! If this continues, (and I will be watching) I'm going to report this behavior...
