Man, the food and prices sure have changed. Long gone are the reasonably priced meals, replaced by things 2x-4x more costly. Used to love Bakers, but now I know why I rarely come here anymore.
I got the "Twin Kitchen" combo, which used to be a regular ground beef taco, single burger fries and drink for $6. Now it's the Double burger which was mediocre at best, the ground beef taco, fries and drink for $13!
The burger tasted cheap, excessively salty from the American Cheese slices they're using, didn't remotely resemble the burger in the picture as it was smashed, pouring with thousand island dressing inside the wrapper with very little lettuce and a part of a tomato slice.

It was late and super busy and she still had a great attitude and provided a great service. I called the number on the receipt to speak to someone regarding my experience and left a message with my number and unfortunately no one called me back. I've been a manager for over 25yrs and I know how hard it is to find great employees that take pride in their job let alone represent in a possible way, so I really felt compelled to get this post out and I hope someone in the organization sees this and gives her #1 a big fat raise and the recognition she deserves. Read more😤 Customer service is not existent here now that they have a touch screen at the counter to order and have mobile ordering. No one asked if we needed help or if we had any questions. We needed help because the touchscreen wasn't taking our reward. We shouldnt have had to ask for help when the associates at the counter can clearly hear us saying it's not working out loud. No one said welcome we'll be right with you or anything! And mind you the manager was there too. The only reason we didn't go through the drive-thru is because both me and my husband wanted to use the reward we both have and sometimes drive-thru can be petty and say only one reward per car 🙄 so that's why we got off and ordered instead.
