Why is it that no one wants to do their job?

I called in to do a phone order at my house, (10 mins away) and have enough time to get gas (15 mins max) and then pick up my order. (25 mins is sufficient)

I waited twenty minutes before anyone even answered my phone call. When someone finally answered the lady was unsure If she could take phone orders. So she put me on , hold again and I waited another 5 minutes for her to come back and Say they are understaffed and not currently taking phone orders.

Upon Arrival there was NO ONE In line ordering food at the speaker. I gave my order and pulled up. There was only one car in line picking up food.

There were 3 ladies on drive thru. I don't understand how they were "understaffed". Expecally when 1 was leaning. In the service industry there is a saying.... if you have time to lean you have time to clean.

Gonna have to give this place a one star . It has good food but when you pull a hair out of your mouth from a bite of a shredded beef taco and the supervisor promises you will be refunded your money I never saw a dime out of it . He replied to my wife’s email and said he sent the refund through mail through a gift card . Which is complete bogus I ain’t 5 to believe that . Three weeks go by and she checks up and still nothing . I dont no who he is fooling but I’m sure he would not want a girls long hair coming out of his mouth when eating some tacos . Never coming back ! Rude service on trying to get a customer to come back and I was a good frequent visitor for the tacos . Yes sure they replace me with another customer , but u can’t replace ur lack of honesty and yes I have the pictures to prove it just drives my wife and I mad that they would lie . Went in to try their Breakfast items, the food was wonderful, the location was clean as expected. Now I've probably set my standards extremely high since I use to work here, but those are the standards they taught me.

First ordering, the manager who took the order didn't looked pleased at all and gave a very bland welcoming greeting, as she took the order showed absolutely no enthusiasm, whatever I paid and had to stand there for a minute, while she fixed her drawer and money, to get my drink cup.

Next getting my food, all I had was a chorizo breakfast burrito and a drink, I sat there for well over five minutes on one burrito, it wouldn't have annoyed me so much had the order following mine which had a bit more food on it hadn't been called out, then one of the other managers had to ask them for it.
