Arby's — Restaurant in Morristown

I have never been treated like this. I went through the drive thru and ordered. When I got my order it wasn’t correct so I drove back around to get it replaced or get a refund. The crew turned the lights off while I was at the speaker. I waited 10-15 minutes at the speaker before they turned the lights off on me. I drove around just thinking they didn’t realize I was there. I was wrong. They did know and as soon as the employee saw me drive up after someone else pulled off from the window. He made eye contact with me and locked the window. I waved and said hey I have a question and he very aggressively said we close at 11 and I said I’m sorry I’ve been waiting since 10:45 to talk to someone and he screamed we close at 11. Another worker walked up and asked what was going on. I apologized and asked for a refund on the sandwich so I wouldn’t waste their time on a replacement and the previous worker was cussing as he walked away. I did receive a refund. I placed an online order, and forgot my 2yr old grandsons mozzarella sticks, so I placed another and then I had to call the store because I chose ASAP for the pickup time. A man answered and I told him that it goes with my other order that was to be picked up at 6:30pm. After picking up my order and NOT receiving the cheese sticks, I called back and a girl answered and was rude and unprofessional! Not someone that should be working with the public. After she verified that the mozzarella sticks were the counter, and after I explained that I live in Bean Station (which is about 15 miles from the restaurant) and couldn’t come back to get them, she disrespectfully repeated herself saying that they were on the counter, I finally told her to have a good night and she just hung up the phone. We went through drive thru. Upon placing our order we asked for everything to be go hot. And fries to be fresh and hot. Upon getting to window to pick up the employee said check the fries they were cold and nasty! Neither sandwich had meat that was hot! I got a roast beef gyro the bread part was tough and hard on the edges I couldn’t even eat it! Once we got hot fresh fries mine was not even eatable tasted like it had the entire salt shaker on them! My husband got the roast beef supreme his meat was also cold. When a customer asks for fresh hot food that’s what they should get! We will not be returning to this place again. We will stick with our favorite place Pals at least everything there is fresh and hot and people are happy and serve you...
